Chapter 2: My Ability? An Agency?

The man who found me that night, I found out his name was Yukichi Fukuzawa. He told me things about "abilities" and the things people should use them for. I learned that his ability was called "all men are equal"

I don't know what my ability was yet. I felt different when I woke up from unconsciousness that time.

Surprisingly, after my mother and brother had died, I got my ability, but I was to scared to use it at the moment. I wasn't even born with an ability, that's something I learned.

(Off topic but I also had scars on my face, I wished to heal them, but the marks of them are still there. They look pretty cool if I'm being honest. But I usually where a mask covering half of my face, only showing my eyes. I'm not really comfortable without my mask off in front of random people or in public. A lot of them are very judgemental nowadays.

I would train everyday since then, Fukuzawa-kun taught me hand to hand combat. Well his way.

After all that training, I managed to get my ability to come out.

My ability was my own brother.

But, he was more like a spirit, except, you couldn't see through him.

I got to hug him the moment I had realized, lots of tears escaped my eyes. I was happy but, it's also depressing. Plus, I was really young at the time.

My ability name was genie.

Yeah I know, it's weird.

There are lots of things you can wish for, and a lot of things you can't.

Some of you might be a little pissed off right? I know, and I understand, he's my brother and stuff but there are just some things that are to cruel when it comes to wishes.

I wanted to see my friend, Katelyn/Kate again, I had wanted to make that my first wish, but it couldn't be granted. I didn't have full control over my ability yet.

Life isn't fair, nothing we can do about it. Sometimes you have to suck things up or let out your feelings and other times, you can switch the tables.

As I got older, I got to train by myself as he went to work. He trusted me since I did take most things seriously, ever since that night.

He even gave me my own bed room to sleep in, and he taught me how to make my own food.

I had also switched schools. But I did online classes. It was pretty annoying but I would always get through with it.

That was just during the day though.

Every night, I would go on my laptop and try to find out some things about the guy who had killed my mother and brother. I would stay up for hours to the point where I would pass out.

I would always be sleepy during the day, and Fukuzawa-kun noticed it. I did get in trouble but I had explained myself.

So he knows.

I sleep during the day, and I do work and training at night. And I'm not saying that I slept 'all day' I got up every morning to eat, shower, do my classes, then go to sleep around 5pm
