Rejected
I was in Europe for the second time this year, I hit up one of my flings from back then asking if he wants to hang out.
Not even a second later he responds with " yeah where at" I look at my phone thinking " he's so fucking desperate but he's cute".
I answer respond back with " airport".
He leaves me on seen while I wait for the rest of my luggage and freshen up, while going to get my luggage I see a cute guy around my age and I look over at him and he gives me a smile. Time to see if I can get a good vacation out of this trip I think to myself .
He come over and starts to help me with my luggage while I just stare at him, he gives me a smile and starts asking me where I'm from and why I was in Europe and eventually asking for my number.
After about 30 minutes with the cute guy I just met I get a text saying "I'm outside".
I give the cute guy my number and go outside to see my fling smiling at me as I walk towards him giving him a smile too, I hand him my luggage and get in his car a minute later he comes in and asks me "if I ate yet "and I tell him truthfully " no".
He takes my hand holding it and asks me what I was doing back, I respond with "work what else" he look at me a bit disappointed but continues to ask more questions like how was I, what I wanted to eat, but I was quite out of it and answered with short responses.
I stop him from all the questions and tell him "let's go visit the zoo" he smiles and says "okay " not even questioning my decision.
We went to the zoo inside he bought me coffee and a sandwich and held my hand while we fed the animals and kept showing me all the different animals and kissing me occasionally. I don't mind I thought to myself just remember rule one never fall in love.
I stare at him while he drives me to my air b and b, and he asks me once more if I had fun I say
"ofc I did I spend the day with you" knowing my words would make his heart happy but even he knows how I am so he doesn't say anything and just smiles.
When we arrived at my air b and b he helps me put my luggage in and gives me a small kiss on the cheek and I ask if he wanted to come in and he says "yes".
I close the door and look for the wine and some glasses he helps me out too but eventually we go to his house after not finding anything, after a bit of drinking and talking we start making out and taking thing in the bedroom.
