Author's note: Part 8/?? of Sean/White Ghost hunting story.

The room was so cold I could see our breaths. White was curled in his brother's arms now, and all I could think of was how much I wanted him back in my embrace. The furniture started to shake, startling us. It was the first time I saw something like this. Yok and Gram seemed to feel the same as they quickly ran closer to us.

"Let's get White out of here." I nudged Black in the ribs. He glared at me but moved forward with his twin attached to him. I didn't take my eyes off White. His face was still pale, and every step he took looked heavy and uncoordinated. Black was supporting all his weight. I quickened my steps, placing one arm around White's waist, helping Black with him. I heard a low grumble from him, but he didn't attempt to push me away. Gram and Yok were on our backs. The entrance was within our sight. White was swaying in between us, trying to stay on his feet. The loud bang echoed behind us, making White whimper.

"What the fuck is this," Yok swore, urging us to move faster.

"Too late, too late." White was repeating two words like a mantra. I tightened my grip on him, hoping it would calm him down. Black was hissing curses, blaming himself for taking his brother with us.

"Just a little bit more," I whispered in White's ear, but he didn't appear to be listening. He was stuck with his "too late" agenda. I wanted to shake him out of it when Black suddenly halted.

"What?" I asked, glancing at Black. His eyes focused in front of us, and I had a nasty feeling his deep frown wasn't a good sign. I turned my head, spotting forming an apparition right in front of the door.

"Please, tell me you can see it too," Gram mumbled.

"Me too." Yok nodded.

"Evil had come," White muttered before he passed out.
