"jisung, are you sure nothing is wrong," minho gently spoke to the boy who had spaced out for over a minute for the fourth time during their study session.

it was worrying minho, because even clapping & shaking him wouldn't bring him back to reality.

"i... i'll be honest," jisung began. "i'm not so sure..."

minho felt his heart hurt as the boys eye began watering. whatever was going on inside his mind, it couldn't have been easy to deal with.

jisung looked down & nervously played with the rips in his jeans. he felt vulnerable & like he could have a meltdown at any moment.

"i think we should take a break for now, yeah?"

minho just wanted the boy to feel okay again.

jisung nodded slowly, relaxing just a bit.

it wasn't until jisung began playing with his lips did he realise why the boy was in such a weird state.

"jisung," minho called to the boy, turning his entire body on his chair to face him.

"yeah?" jisung looked up with a stunned expression on his face.

"when's the last time you regressed?"

"mmm... that day when i was sick with you?"

minho didn't hesitate to start packing up his things.

"we're calling it a day. i say you & i go out for a little fun & you can regress & just be yourself for the rest of the day, how does that sound?"

almost instantly jisung perked up.

"really?!"

all this time, what he really wanted was to regress. but he held back. he refused to regress when around seojun & he was too worried to burden any of his friends with his little state, so he held back the entire week.

the way minho was encouraging the boy it was okay to regress made him feel so much better.

minho helped jisung pack his stuff away, not sure if he could do it himself while also not wanting to waste another moment to allow the boy to relieve whatever it was that was burdening him.

"of course! we can do whatever your little heart desires," minho smiled, booping the boys nose. he wasn't sure if the boy was letting himself regress yet, but he was sure things like this would help transition of headspaces.

jisung giggled, trying to hide the blush that began to creep up on his face. it was unusual how quickly he was able to regress around minho. he could never regress this quickly around felix or the rest of his friends, let alone seojun.

"sungie can getted ice cweams?" jisung gave his best puppy dog eyes even though he didn't need to.

"of course we can, bunny."

minho grabbed his & jisung's bag, grabbing ahold of the youngers hand. jisung began bouncing up & down in excitement.

"i know you're excited, ji, but we have to be quiet," minho whispers, trying to quiet down the smaller boy. "there are people trying to study & take tests."

"oh, sungie sawwies," he whispered back, using his free hand to grip onto the older's arm.

"it's okay. let's go!"

once they got to minho's car, he helped jisung get strapped in. he had him sit in the back seats, seeing as it would be safer for him to sit back there in his smaller mindset.

hopping into the front, minho dialed someone on his phone while beginning to drive away from the school.

"hello?" a female voice picked up.
