You were being choked by some creepy shadow-like thing and you were almost losing consciousness.

Without wasting a single second, Jungkook sprang up in action and jumped on that shadow. But the shadow vanished in thin air before he could get any close to it. Jungkook was baffled.

Jungkook in his mind: What the... how? Why didn't I sense her being choked? Who was that? What was that?

Just then he snapped his head in your direction where you were gasping for air. He felt his heart break into million pieces at the sight of you struggling like that. He also noticed that there were a few drops of blood that had oozed out due to some sharp object near your neck.

Jungkook: I am here, y/n. You are safe. I will keep you safe. You are fine, and you are strong. Just hold on a bit longer.

He instantly lifted you and teleported to the witch's chamber. This time the witch was in a decent robe. Her eyes widened at the sight of you.

Witch: Oh my. What happened to her?

Jungkook: Some shadow-like thing attacked her just now. Now hurry and check on her.

Witch: Yes, Alpha King, Jungkook.

She rushed to your side and checked on your hair and body. She instantly pulled out a tiny bag-like thing from around your hair tie. She then scurried to her workstation and got a handful of blue water and put on that hair tie. The next moment, it turned to dark black colour.

Witch: Just as I thought-

Jungkook: What???

Witch: Someone doesn't want you and Luna queen to be together. Someone wanted to harm her. You see the marks around her neck? Someone clearly tried to strangulate her. And since her inner powers haven't been activated yet, she is still in normal human form. The power wanting to harm her was obviously stronger than her anyways.

Jungkook: But how is it that I didn't sense her being in trouble?

Witch: That is because, the potion in this hair tie prevents feelings from being felt by mates. Someone must have secretly kept it in her room and she must have put it on. And the moment she did, it started working and you stopped sensing her feelings and emotions. That is when she must have been attacked and you didn't get to know about it and those intruders could succeed.

Jungkook: But how could the shadow thing enter this place? And why was it so fast? It was faster than me for all I know.

Witch: I'm not sure about that, but I feel that it must be a rogue using a witch's cloak. We use that to teleport and it appears to look like a shadow, when a wolf, specially, if a rogue uses it.

Jungkook: Whatever it was, it has just stepped on the bad side of me. It will pay for what it did. No one messes with me and definitely not my mate.

He spoke gritting his teeth. His jaw clenched and eyes changed colour, ready to tackle down even the stronger than the strongest power for hurting his mate.

Witch: I actually feel that y/n might be a witch descendent. Like genetically a witch, where her strengths can only be activated if she has physical contact with her soulmate. I hope you understand the kind of physical contact I'm talking about.

Jungkook just nodded his head without showing any emotions, while the witch flushed.

Jungkook: So you think that your Luna queen is a witch?

Witch: More than that. She has a mix of powers. Witch being just one of them. May be her ancestors had all mated with different breeds and so she has strong powers hidden in her. I still need to find out which ones are running in her genes. But one thing, I can assure you is that our Luna queen is a bundle of immense powerhouse. Its like various powers put together in one person. She will make a great Luna queen and you will have extremely powerful pups, Alpha King, Jungkook.

Jungkook's heart swelled with pride. He was now assured that he was indeed getting a powerful female just as he wanted. But her powers are not activated.

Jungkook: How can her powers be activated?

Witch: You have to...uhm... mate her.

Jungkook: Alright.

Witch: The moon goddess has chosen her for you as your mate. But she is in her human form and is free to choose whoever she wants.

Jungkook: What do you mean by that? We are mates and so she is bound to feel the pull towards me.

Witch: You are right, but because she is a rare kind of mixed breed, currently being in human form, she can't feel anything towards you. You will have to make your way to her heart. Remember Alpha King, Jungkook, you must not force her for anything. The best would happen if everything is done with you both having consent. And once you both mate, she will understand everything about you both being mates and a strong mate bond will be formed and she will get her ultimate werewolf form.

Jungkook: So right now, is she a shapeshifter? Can she get into as many forms as she wants? You said that she is a mixed breed, so?

Witch: I don't think she can change forms as yet, since her powers are hidden. As long as they are hidden, she is only a simple human-

Jungkook: Is that why I didn't sense her having powers?

Witch: Yes. Her powers are way too hidden. May be her ancestral line didn't use their powers or must have kept their powers hidden. Even her parents must have not use their powers. It is all flowing in her blood and genes. She may have no idea what she really is. It is only after you both mate, she will get into her true self. And since she is paired with you, her true self may be a werewolf.

Jungkook: So you mean to say that she has no abilities right now. Not even self-healing... and that she is just a mere human.

Witch: Yes...for now. But later, I think she may be equivalent to your strength...or even a bit more...

Jungkook: Okay, so how long will it take for her to gain consciousness?

Witch: She might take an hour or so. You can leave her here. I'll inform you when she wakes up. I can take care of her like that.

Jungkook: I'll take her with me. Send in your assistants to my chamber.

Witch: Yes, Alpha King, Jungkook.

Jungkook then walked towards you and gently lifted you up. He then carried you to his chamber walking. He wanted to feel you for longer, so he didn't teleport. He gazed at your cute face. Your big eyes were closed and eyebrows slightly furrowed. Your lips had parted a bit and forehead covered with sweat. He felt mesmerized at the sight of you. He took his time, walking to his chamber slowly. Once he reached there he gently put you on his bed and turned around to see that the witch's assistants had already arrived to look after you. He gave them a curt nod and they started applying medicines and doing the healing work on you. He watched intently and then King spoke in mind.

King: I have a feeling that the witch is trying to hide something from us. Don't you?

Jungkook: I do too, so I didn't leave y/n there. Right now, she is a weakling, so we have to take the best care of her.

King: We need to mate her.

Jungkook: I need to mate her. You have to wait for her wolf. She would get her wolf form after we mate, so you have to wait a bit more than I would have to.

Jungkook internally smirked.

King: That's fine. Don't forget that I was the first one to be kissed.

Now King smirked and Jungkook rolled his eyes.

Jungkook: That was because she thought you were a normal dog. She wouldn't have even come close to you had she known you of being a wolf, that too the kind you are. The strong and fierce Alpha male.

King: She would love me more if she found out. Girls like powerful males...

Jungkook rolled his eyes again.

King: Don't roll your eyes so much that they actually get stuck in the back of your head.!!

Jungkook got so annoyed that instead of yelling at King in his mind, he shouted out loud.

Jungkook: Oh shut up, will you?

And he got soft spoken words as his answer.

You: I just looked at you briefly... I didn't even start speaking...
