Commander Hernandez I'm sorry the K9s haven't picked up a scent
Rafe - ok , I want to have the river dragged today , if his body is in there I want it found , many officers are walking about , checking / looking for EJ
Rafe - I'm going to go, shower , get a change of clothes, I want to be at both DiMera arraignments , then I'll be back at the office, Maggie Kiriakas will be coming in to give her statement
If he turns up you call me on my cell immediately.

Rafe takes one last look around , then says to himself , hopefully he's at the bottom of the river
At the Kiriakas mansion.
Victor is up and making sure Henderson and the rest of the staff have everything just right for Maggie's breakfast
Bo and Hope come down the stairs
Bo - morning Victor
Victor - good morning , you 2 look like hell
Hope - gee thanks a lot
Bo - we didn't get much sleep last night , plus we got in late and we want to be at both Tony and Kristen's arraignments so we had to get up early and get go the courthouse
Hope - pours herself and Bo coffee , here Brady she says as she hands Bo his coffee, Victor would you like a cup
Victor - no thank you Hope. I don't think it's s good idea for Maggie to go to the arraignments I think her going in and giving her statement will be enough
Hope - I agree , she's been through enough and Bo and I will be at the arraignments, we will let you know what happens there
Victor -good he says as he shakes his head
Bo - we will meet you after at the station , Hope and I have to give our statements to give as well , come on fancy face let's go
Victor - wait, before you go , I owe you both an apology , I've been acting like a jack ass lately and I know it , and I am sorry
Hope - apology accepted , she leans over and hugs Victor , we both understand the stress you were under and the fear you felt for Maggie's well being
Bo - all too well
Victor - I have something else I need to say
Bo - what's that
Victor - clears his throat , I , I love you both and I'm thankful to have you both in my life, there I Said it
Bo - smiles at Hope
Hope - takes Bo's hand and walks over to Victor , we love you too and with that she hugs Victor and then hugs Bo
Bo - extends his hand to shake Victor's hand , instead of shaking hands Victor pulls Bo to him, thank you son, Bo pats Victor on the back your welcome Victor, then Bo turns to Hope you ready
Hope - yup , let's go Brady
Bo - let's go , Bo turns to Victor as he and Hope head out the door , see you at the station
Victor nods
At the courthouse
Rafe has arrived and Hope and Bo arrive right after him
Rafe - I'm glad you 2 could make it
Hope - any luck finding EJ?
Rafe - No , I'll be honest I hope he's at the bottom of the river, I'm having it dragged now
Shane walks in
Bo - hey what are you doing here , we weren't expecting you
Shane - I have bad news, Billie contacted me , the Greek police want Tony and EJ for Rolfs murder, we are to expedite both of them
Rafe - well we haven't found EJ yet, in fact I just told Hope and Bo that were dragging the river now
Shane - well we've got Tony we have no choice now but to expedite him.
Rafe - so what he'll stand trial there for Rolfs murder and then what ?
Shane - I don't know , but it's out of our hands now , there's nothing we can do
Bo - Damn it
Hope - look , at things this way , if he gets convicted of killing Rolf in Greece , he ends up on death row. If we were able to keep him here he faces kidnapping charges and ends up in prison with the possibility of parole , especially if EJ is caught and comes forward with what Victor did to him
Shane - best thing is that EJ be laying at the bottom of the river , Tony gets expedited and charged with murder.
Rafe - that leaves Kristin with aiding and abetting, which she may just get parole depending on how good her lawyer is.
Bo - parole ! That's it , that's a god damn slap on the wrist. I thought we had them all this time
Rafe - look I'm going to do what I can to keep Kristen in jail until her court date
Shane and they will be getting Tony later today , transport will pick him up and take him to the airport
Rafe - why don't you 2 go to the station now , you may as well get a jump start on your statements , I'll stay here and take care of Kristen.
Bo - alright thanks Rafe. Rafe enters the court room , God damn it Hope , again , the damn DiMera's get away with it
Hope - Tony isn't getting away with anything , he will go to jail for murder and if EJ isn't dead at the bottom of the river he will join him.
Shane I'm sorry I had to be the bearer of bad news guys
Bo it's alright it's not your fault , we may as well head to the station like Rafe Said
Shane - I'll walk out with you
Shane, Bo and Hope leave the court house to a flood of reporters asking them questions
All 3 say no comment and make their way to the parking lot
At Bo and Hopes car
Shane , I'll see you 2 at the station, Shane kisses Hope on the cheek and shakes Bo's hand
Bo - you ok there fancy face
Hope - yeah , come on lets go get our statements over with
Bo opens Hope's car door and they get in and drive off as a figure steps out from the crowd of reporters and watches Bo and Hope leave
