I sat in the big coral chair in front of the crowd. It made me happy to see both sharks and mermaids. Andrew was in front of me and was reading something from a book. And Alexis was floating next to me with a hand on my shoulder.

"Do you promise to keep a balanced, uninfluenced mind?" Andrew asked me.

"I promise." I replied truthfully

Alexis had gone over what I was supposed to say before the coronation.

"By the names of our ancestors, Dylan, you are our queen!" He yelled.

I expected the crowd to clap, but they stayed silent. I sat in my chair and waited, unsure of what was happening. Andrew turned around and then turned back with a crown made of the most beautiful corals and jewels I had ever seen and placed it on my head. Alexis pulled me up and pushed me to the front of the "stage." It was then that the crowd started to clap and I knew, with all my heart, that this is where I was supposed to be.

Forever.
