Chapter 19

"I'm sorry." Eunyoo penitently apologized with her voice that sounded like she's almost whispering but Wonwoo only hummed as an answer and that made Eunyoo felt even much more guiltier.

"Yah.. Don't be like this. I admit it I was wrong, okay. Besides, I already explained that I didn't expected it.." She feebly drawled.

"Okay.."

"Oh, oh! Is that a high school?!" She asked as she tapped Wonwoo's back twice. Wonwoo stopped paddling instantly and looked at his left.

"Yeah."

"Wow.. I missed high school so much. Is this Jinhee and Yoora's high school?" She questioned.

"Yeah, there's only one high school here." He monotonously replied before he continued paddling his bicycle.

Few minutes later, the two arrived at the beach. Once again, Eunyoo was in awe watching the breathtaking scenery. Sitting on the bench, she smiled as she stared up at the sky.

"This really is a healing. Thanks, you actually helped me released my stress." She gave Wonwoo a friendly and soft punch on his arm as he sat beside her.

"You're welcome."

"I didn't know this town could have such beautiful park and beach. It takes my breath away. Whenever I feel down back in Seoul, I always go to the park while listening to musics though it doesn't really help. But now, I know the real way on how to release stress. It's to have someone with you. Thanks, Jeon Wonwoo." She flashed him a warm and genuine smile.

Wonwoo was deeply captivated by her soft and beautiful smile.

"Can I.."

"Can you what."

"Kiss your cheek."

Eunyoo sat there as she could feel her cheeks burning up with her heartbeat fastened. Wonwoo waited for an answer but Eunyoo was utterly speechless because of his sudden question.

"W-why not." She blushed.

Wonwoo leaned closer, Eunyoo could clearly hear Wonwoo's breath and the warmth she's feeling from him makes her feel like there's butterflies in her stomach. His lips met with her cheek,and she swear that her heart could explode anytime soon.

'Oh my god, I could hear my own heartbeats. God, this is so embarrassing! Stop blushing! Stop blushing! He'll notice oh my god.' She thought to herself.

"You're cute." He giggled as he softly pinched her now red cheek.

"Ah!" Eunyoo suddenly shouted and that made Wonwoo flinched as he was startled.

"We should take a selca!"

"What's a selca?"

"Dude, you really don't know? Haih, well.. It's a small town afterall. You know what? Just smile to the camera." She shook her head.

When Eunyoo finally got the right angle for a selfie, she saw from her phone screen that's currently on camera that Wonwoo is actually staring at her right now.

"Uhh.. Dude? Look here." She tapped her phone screen.

"Oh, sorry."

Eunyoo smiled as she took a selfie together with him but when she saw the result, she immediately gave Wonwoo a death glare.

"You should smile to the camera! Why are you giving a cold stare?!" She hit Wonwoo's back and Wonwoo winced in pain as he rubbed his back.

"Sorry, I'm not familiar with technology. I don't even have a phone." He cooed. Eunyoo gave him a disbelief face, knowing that Wonwoo didn't have a phone all these time, she couldn't think of how he actually survived all these time.
