Wonwoo is currently tossing the grains, feeding the chickens as he forgot to feed them earlier since it's always Eunyoo the one who feeds them and that's exactly when he got sudden flashbacks of her.
"Hello chickens.. I'm new here so please be good to me."
He snickered.
Once he's done, he cleaned up everything and left. Walking alone, that's when his friends came standing right in front of him, stopping him from taking any steps forward. Seeing that all of his friends are giving him a glare, it made him frowned as he wondered why they're giving him such glare.
"What?" He asked in a very insolent way.
"Why didn't you come yesterday? Eunyoo was looking for you." Said Mingyu while wearing a frown.
"I don't find any good reason to see her and to send her off." Wonwoo darkily answered.
"What is wrong with you? We thought that you like her?" Soonyoung furrowed his eyebrows.
"Don't ask me what's wrong with me. She's not here anymore, there's no need to bring up her name again." Wonwoo replied, he seems to be really annoyed right now.
"But still, you should've go and see her yesterday!" Seungkwan reprimanded, ready to fight his hyung.
Wonwoo groaned.
"If you guys are done talking, I'm going. I have a lot more works to do." Said Wonwoo, literally having no interest to talk with them again.
"Yah! Hyung!"
Wonwoo left his friends and went straight to his gomo's house since he really isn't in the mood to work anymore as of now. So many things going on in his mind, he couldn't even focus with his works anymore.
Whilst walking, he saw a familiar bench.
"Do you want ice cream?"
"Are you really asking a 24 years old woman that question?"
Shutting his eyes tight, he shook his head as he keep punching it, trying to stop thinking about Eunyoo.
"Wonwoo? You're here." His gomo was actually surprised by the presence of his nephew.
Wonwoo took a seat and sighed.
"Woah? What's with the sigh? What's wrong, Wonwoo? Did anything bad happened to you?" Asked his gomo as she took a seat beside him, concerned.
"Gomo.. I should've beg her to stay here but instead, I let her go." Uttered Wonwoo, almost sounded as if he's whispering.
"What are you talking about, Wonwoo?"
Wonwoo ended up telling everything to his gomo and there his eyes went teary thinking about Eunyoo. Seeing her nephew like this for the first time, she sidehugged him as she patted his arm to comfort him.
"Poor boy. You must've felt really heartbroken and devastated. It's okay, Wonwoo ah.. Things like this are normal when you fall in love. It's either the person will stay or leave, there's no in between. And for this one, the person left. I'm sure that there is someone better for you." She patted Wonwoo's back as she smiled.
"But.. I only want her." He murmured.
"Maybe it's karma, gomo. I rejected Jinhee and now Eunyoo left me." His gomo could feel how woeful and inconsolable Wonwoo really is feeling right now.
