20: Pirating is bad

"Huh?" The pirate turns around, staring right into your eyes. She jumps in shock upon noticing you, the squid stares at you with confusion.

"..Eclipse!! Hi Eclipse!" Gold exclaims, giving you a very friendly handshake. "Where have you been? While you were gone, we all joined a cool pirate group, where we pirate things!!" Gold explains to you. ..Pirate things..? "Yeah.." Gold mumbles.

"..Ugh what am I doing?" Gold mumbles, "I feel awful stealing.. and I don't even get payed! Being a pirate sucks, saying from experience of course" Gold whispers the last part to you. "All you do is either steal stuff with a gang (that treats you like mega doo-doo) or copy some stuff and sell it.. and that's even more boring!" Gold complains, as you listen quietly.

"Sure I'd love me some money, but stealing and copying is boring!.. and bad" Gold continues. "..Actually! Frick it, I'm going to go to the boss and quit!" She exclaims, "here's your jewelry back! I don't need it anymore!" Gold exclaims, handing back the necklace to the squid, who still looks confused. It runs off leaving both you and Gold alone.

"Yeah.. I'm going to quit!!" She repeats, you stare at her with concern as she takes off her pirate hat.

"Yeah! Good for me!!" She exclaims. The more she continues this, the more concerned you get. Is she okay? ..like.. mentally?

You drop the pirate hat you were holding for Gold as your eyes widen at the sight.

"Rainbow!!" Gold exclaims, as she walks up to your sister, who was holding onto a sub. She smiles at you, in a.. completely clueless way. "...hm?" She hums, getting up and walking towards you. You step back slightly, as Rainbow picks up the hat you dropped.

"..Are you okay, Eclipse? Are you not happy to see your awesome amazing sister?" She jokes, she chuckles a bit as you continue to stare at her. She stops chuckling, now looking a bit worried. "Oh- well.. that's just Eclipse for you! Always giving that straight blank expression, don't worry B! She's okay, I should know, as a friend of hers!" Gold exclaims, snapping you out of your weird trance.

"..hm.. are you sure you're alright though??" Rainbow asks, turning back to you.

"..HUH?" Rainbow asks, completely dumbfounded as you walk onto the picnic blanket, as you sit down. "Wh.. what did I do....???" Rainbow asks, confused. She knows what she did, she should've just told you that the window earlier was a shortcut. Bitch shouldn't have made you worry like that. Bitch.

"Hey! Watch your language!" Rainbow exclaims, pinching your cheek. How did she.. ! You cover your mouth, stop Eclipse. That is very bad. You just told yourself about how bad swearing was.. sorry Rainbow. You are very sorry.

"..hm" "what're you eating, Rainbow?" Gold asks, changing the topic of the situation. "Hm? Oh... Just eating a sub" Rainbow replies, holding onto her sub again.. a goody little smile appears on her face. "While watching the MARINE life" that's a word? Gold and you stare at her in silence as she continues giggling to herself.

"Hehe eating a sub.. while watching the.. marine life.. get it?" Rainbow asks, at the both of you who still stare at her in silence. "..I see, are you.. perhaps trying to make a joke here?" Gold bluntly asks in a sarcastic voice, as she glances at you.. who share the same exact expression as she is. "...hehe yeah" Rainbow innocently replies, not noticing the sarcasm.

"..is it by chance about the word.. submarine?"
Rainbow bursts with laughter at the mere mention of the word, as both you and Gold stare at the older girl in concern. You look at Gold, she looks at you back. It wasn't even funny.. Her eyes dart from you to Rainbow, who's clutching onto her stomach for dear life, in a manner that reads 'This your sister?' you shake your head at this.
