"Okay, where do I start." I started to get really nervous. "My supposed "old friend" isn't actually an old friend, but I want you to know now that we aern't dating. She used to be my girlfriend until she moved without telling me. That really hurt and I never saw her again.
Our parents were good friends so one day my mom told me she was coming back to visit and I freaked out. She told us to hang out and that's why I was acting so shady over the phone. When you saw us holding hands back at the mall, I didn't realize what was happening until it was to late because I was in shock when I saw you run out of the malls in tears. I didn't hold her hand.
She knew I was dating someone but she's a jealous bitch so when she saw you hurt, she took advantage of that and grabbed my hand. I just want you to know that I would never cheat on you even if you think I did because I know how shitty that feels. That's all I have to say and if you still don't forgive me I understand.
I just hope we can become friends again someday because I can't and don't want to imagine life without you. Goodbye Zoey." I said before leaving. I had to get out of there before I broke down in tears.
I don't care if she thinks I'm a wimp for feeling that way because everything I said was true. I just hope she forgives me.
Zoey's P.O.V.
He explained everything and then left. I was shocked when he left so I wasn't able to stop him. When he left, i started crying even harder. What am I supposed to do known? I don't know whether I should call him or not.
When Isabel comes back into the room, she sits beside me and hugs me. When she pulls away she tells me to call him so I do.
