Eclipse x Monty (Terminal illness, pt 2)

(So my one friend requested a terminal illness AU, and my other friend requested if Monty were to die, so I thought why not combine them?)

Eclipse was chillin at home, average Thursday afternoon

There was a knock on the door

He perked up "damn, who could that be?" He mumbled, he got up and stretched a bit, then went to open the door.

There was a doctor at the door, Eclipse felt some nervousness in his chest "...is something the matter, sir?" Eclipse asked, "Mr. Eclipse...we have unfortunate news" the doctor said

It was the news that Eclipse had dreaded to hear...the news Eclipse thought he would never hear ever.

Montgomery Gator was dead

As soon as the doctor finished telling him, Eclipse felt his vision go blurry as tears dwelled up in his eyes, he felt his legs give up on him as he stumbled and leaned against the doorway "...sir? Sir are you alright?" The doctor asked

Eclipse didn't hear a word he said...all that he knew was that his lover was now gone.

"N-no, no he can't be dead, I-I don't know what I'd do without him, I'd be a wreck...I..." Thoughts and memories raced through Eclipse's head

"He promised...he promised he would get better" Eclipse mumbled

The doctor put a hand on Eclipse's shoulder, "I'm sorry for your loss, Sir..." he said, he then sighed "We will tell his other relatives that this tragedy has happened" the doctor said, he then turned around and left...

Eclipse who was still processing what the hell he has just been told, turned around and closed the door

He then felt his body to numb and his legs completely gave up on him as he sank to the floor.

There was nothing else he could do

Monty was dead

And he wasn't coming back...

Eclipse didn't know what else to do, so he curled up on the floor and for the first time in a while...

He began to loudly cry out in pain and sadness...

(Haha, I'm finna break all of your hearts right here and right now, I'm suffering too-)
