Going to the suprise 🥰😍

It was early in The morning
Nils woke up early and kisses her hair and Ciara was still sleeping and nils took a quick shower and had his clothes with him to the bathroom and quietly left his bedroom and go for a quick shower.
After that he walks downstairs and saw his dad making breakfast and was making coffee and asked Why are you
so early up?
Uh yeah i have to go to the shop do you need anything dad?
Uh yeah if you bring toppings for on the bread and something you like for the afternoon then i dont have to go to the store in the afternoon!
Yeah thats okay dad are you still going away by car today or not? Can i borrow your car and i'll take it with me until then i see you later And walked out the door.
Uh no just take the car where you going to!
Thanks dad i'll be back soon And walked to the hall and grabbed the car keys and walked over to the car and got behind the wheel and drove to the city mall.
There he could pick up the cake that he ordered and he went to a flowers store to buy a Beautiful bouquet of flowers For his loveliest Gorgeous Girlfriend.
Nils was so nervous what Ciara is going to think about this day!
Nils also grabbed a nice cute card for the bouquet and call Carlos if he could come over by his house.

Carlos and Niclas K Niclas M and Nic and Benji didn't know what was going on with Nils and wanted to visit them all but he also wanted to go home to his sweetheart because he wants to be with her right now!

Ciara woke up after a while and still had her eyes closed and tried to feel next to her with her hands if Nils is still with her right now but he was already up.
Ciara felt a little weaker this morning and doesn't know why and just wanted to stay in bed all day and cuddle with her boyfriend Nils.
Ciara thought i have to go to the Midwife today but i dont know if i will manage And her tears fell down her cheeks.
There was a knock on the door and it was Nils his mom and asked babe Everything okay?
Uh im fine i'm just still tired and exhausted i dont know from what but i'll come downstairs.

Nils drove back to his and his parents house and parked the car and took the cake out of the car and carefully and quietly walked to the kitchen and put it in the fridge and saw his girlfriend standing with his parents and walked to the living room and walked over to her and stood behind her and put his hands over her eyes and hugged her and said did you miss me honey? yes very much but luckily you are here with me right now where did you go sweetheart?

uh i was in the supermarket and saw my friends but darling did u go to the Midwife ?

Ciara said no haven't been to the Midwife yet but I don't want to go now I want to be together and do something together if you want?

uh yes that is possible dear but we have an appointment around 2 o'clock where we have to go together with my parents,

oh uh okay that's fine but what are we going to do now?

Klaus said I can take you to the Midwife if you want but she knows best when she's not feeling well of course and i see that she doesn't feel good I think.

Nils looked at Ciara and said then I think it's best to go honey for your own good and I don't want to worry about you I love you.

Klaus said come on then dear then let's go and grabbed his coat and car keys and walked to the car.

Nils intertwined his fingers in mine and so we walked to the car and his mother gave us a kiss and said good luck sweetheart to all and went to shower and change for later.

Nils and Ciara sat in the back of the car and we drove to the Midwife.
Klaus drove to the Midwife and we were there quickly and got out and walked in with them 3rd and we were waiting at the desk and the secretary asked if we had an appointment but we have one but luckily someone could go to Ciara to look.
We were at the midwife location and we walked in with the Midwife to her to her room where Ciara was examined.

The midwife said I will first look at your body to see how you are doing etc.
Did u have pain or anything?
I have a very hard stomach and sometimes I feel nauseous but that's part of it,
everything are fine,
Nils took her hand and looked at her and said everything will be fine,

The midwife picked the gel for the ultrasound and and put some on her stomach the gel felt very cold and we both looked at the screen where a camera had come on and the midwife started moving the device back and forth to The gel ensures that the sound waves are transmitted properly to and from the body. In the body, the organs and tissue structures reflect the sound waves back to hear how the baby is doing and so on,
we heard a heartbeat from our little baby child and it was very emotional and crazy moment it was in week 12.
The midwife said you can make a fun ultrasound echo in week 14 or 15 if you want, but that's up to you.

The baby is doing fine everything is growing, the face of your tummy baby is also becoming more and more refined. His vocal cords are now developing. It will be a few months before he can use it for the first time!
