After Ruby had run out of Beacon academy with her sinister last word's to it's student's, Jaune, Pyrrha, and Yang had scoured the streets of Vale looking for the girl that they held dear to them. They searched every inch of Vale even the slum's until they hit a alleyway in front of a old abandoned building, Yang saw the glint of metal laying inside the dark alleyway through the already nighttime light.
"HEY GUY'S I THINK I FOUND SOMETHING!" Yang yelled out to Jaune and Pyrrha who came running to her location, once the three were together they went into the damp and musty alleyway that reeked of mold and.... blood?
That was when they finally saw what had caused the glint Yang had saw from the entrance to the alleyway, a black and red sniper scythe that was all too familiar to them sat in a pool of dark crimson blood.
"No! no no no no NO! RUUUUBY!" Yang cries of grief echoed out from the alleyway as she fell to her knees clutching her chest in pain, Jaune and Pyrrha stood in silence as they processed what was happening in front of them.
"No it can't be that she's gone! IT CAN'T BE TRUE!" Pyrrha fell to her knees beside Yang as they both started sobbing in misery, Jaune bent down as he hugged both girl's as they sobbed while looking at the weapon lying before them.
Every sob the trio made shook their bodies as they openly grieved for Ruby, there was a large amount of blood here and no body, meaning she had probably been killed and her body disposed of shortly after to avoid police suspicion. This was the slum's of Vale and nobody but hard criminal's ever came here often, a hard criminal would rather kill a person than take them away.
Yang while sobbing slowly pulled out her scroll with pale shaking hand's, she opened her call log and dialed her father's number as she sat on the dirty ground crying in misery. The dial tone rang for a good 10 seconds before a gruff male came through in a panic as he heard his daughter crying.
"YANG WHY ARE YOU CRYING?! WHAT HAPPENED?! TALK TO ME!" Yang sobbed even harder as she turned on the camera for her father, the man saw the familiar scythe that was laying in a pool of blood.
"No! no no no no NO! Yang tell me what happened now!" Yang and Ruby's father Taiyang Xiao Long was in a panic upon seeing his youngest daughters weapon in a pool of blood.
"Ruby ran out of school today and me and our two friends went after her, she said something about revenge before she ran away! We ran into Vale to find her and found her scythe in a pool of blood! SHE'S GONE AND I COULDN'T EVEN STOP HER!" Yang finally broke down as her mental state finally broke into pieces, her birth mother had left her with her father to live a different life, her true mother had died on a mission years prior as a hero, now her baby sister had disappeared and was most likely dead like her mother!
"Ruby's gone, no no NO! Why does this happened to EVERYONE I LOVE!" Taiyang started sobbing as Yang heard her father break down for the first time since her mom Summer Rose died.
