Love Me No More..

Is it the end of us ?

Yibo's mind scrambles for a hint. His brain going through multiple memories when he hears a few words echo in his ears. Xiao Zhan's voice crystal clear as the memory comes back bright in his vision.

"You know this is my safe place right?"

"Yibo.. if anything ever goes wrong, you'll always find me here, in our home, our haven."

Before he realises, Yibo is already letting out a sob of relief. There's one hint now- at least.

He just hopes the guess is right.

Yibo jumps onto his feet gesturing Yu Han to give him the car keys that he always carries.

"Where are you gonna go?"

"I think I know where he might be.. Give me the keys Yu Han!!"

"I'll come with you."

"No!", Yibo declares as he takes the keys and rushes to the car.

"Don't let him go alone, Yu Han."

Yu Han looks over to Yan Xia as she smiles desolately.

"I need to be here to handle the situation with the organisers, but you need to be there with Yibo. If he loses his calm, he's going to need another person to make sane decisions for him."

"What do you mean?"

"You know what I mean, A-Han. Please go with him! Hurry!"

Yu Han moves fast and gets inside the car immediately. Yibo feels like saying something, but he lets it be. For now, he has to reach where he believes Xiao Zhan is.

"Where are we going? ", Yu Han asks but does not receive a reply.

"It's a two hour drive from here.", is only what Yibo says.

'I hope it is not too late. I know you are there, Xiao Zhan. Please wait for me. Once I get to you, I won't let you be alone again. I'm going to hug you so tight and hold you close and never let you go. I'm not going to wait for your consent anymore. It's time I take matter into my own hands. I have had enough of this hide and seek.'

Yibo drives through the highways in a hurry, he has to reach to Xiao Zhan as soon as possible.

When Yibo finally parks the car, it is at a remote place just opposite to a simple apartment. Yu Han looks around trying to remember if he has been to this place before.

"What is this place?", he asks in wonder as he enters the building. Yibo stops on his tracks to look back at him as he says with a soft voice, his face brimming with fond memories, "It is the apartment that Xiao Zhan and I bought. We used to live here together."

He smiles as some moments from before come by in his mind.

"ZhanGe, are you sure about this?"

"Of course Yibo.", Xiao Zhan assures as he turns around to face his boyfriend on the lower staircase, "I want to do this. I want to live with you and build a home with you.", He clasps Yibo's hands in his own and kisses them, "Rather.. you tell me. Is it too early for you my dear?"

Yibo smiles at the assurance, "It's never too early when it's with you."

They walk towards their newly purchased apartment and start making plans about how they are going to decorate their place.
