Good things takes time, and so does a fulfilling love story. The universe will know if love is real, it finds a way.

Believing in Mrs. Briganza's belief, Naina goes after Sameer, correction his Sameer, to empty her heart before him.Though in the next few moments, after losing her last hope, she returns with despair and thought, "Aise kaise chala gaya, maine ek baar kaha aur woh chala gaya mujhe chod kar..phir se."

While walking in her own rhythm, she freezes in her pathway when heard, "Kahan bhaage ja rahi ho, janti bhi ho main kab se intezaar kar raha hoon tumhara yahan par. Thodi der aur nahi aati tum, toh aaj phir se barf mein bheegna padta mujhe. Tumhari mujhe intezaar karane ki aadat abhi tak gayi.."

Interrupting him, she just embraces him closely within her arms, "I Love You."

After pausing for a minute, he questioned her with skepticism in his tone, "Sach?" although his arms held her strongly. Because even if it's a lie, he didn't want to get come out from his newly discovered home of two arms. In that moment of eternity, he truly found his home between her arms and his shelter within her thumping heart.

"I Love You. I Love You..Sameer. I Love You as much as one can love, I Love You as much as a human heart can love. I Love You." She repeats herself declaring more to herself rather than him. Their hold was getting tighter with each passing second. He was kissing her head like compassion. She was caressing his hair like his hope. Their arms were like a bandage to their deep-rooted wounds and they were pressing the vows between them like old flowers in a book. And, that's how they heal each other and becomes a cure of each other.

However, her spoken next words make him loosen his hold, "But I can't." He unhugs her. He just wanted to understand her and her words, by staring into her eyes. He wanted to know every damn answer to his unsolved doubts. But nothing comes out except a lump in his throat and tightness in his chest when he looks towards her face, when he looks at the droplet of blood dripping from her nose.

"Yeh.." he touches the drop of blood with his shivering fingers. Seeing him with an unknown fear in his eyes, she turns her face and cleans the red stain from her white dupatta.

"Tumhara khoon beh.. Naina..tum.." He mumbles anything out of shock and numbness.

"I Love You Sameer, but I can't. Tumne bahut der kardi lautne mein. Humne is zindagi ke itne saal ek dusre ke bina guzar diye hai ki ab us zindagi ke pass mere liye waqt hi nhi bacha," while sobbing hard, she cried.

"Yeh kya bole ja rahi ho tum. Mujhe kuch nahi pata, tum bas Doctor ke pass chalo..sun rahi ho.." He couldn't complete his words, as finds her lying unconscious and lifeless in front of his eyes.

In the meantime, Mrs. Briganza came running to them. "Aap inhe andar le aaiye, main inhe injection de deti hoon. Jarur aaj inhone apni dawai nahi khayi hogi."

For the next few minutes, Sameer looks uncomprehendingly, everything was blank for him except Naina who was still lying lifelessly on the bed, with her eyes closed.

"Madam ab theek hai, aap pareshaan mat hoiye. Injection de diya hai unhe, kuch der rest karegi toh theek ho jayegi. Ek toh aaj unhone apni dawai nahi khayi, aur aapke pecche aapko dhundne ke liye bhi bhaagke gayi hogi. Unhe toh yahan itne high altitude wali jagah par rehna bhi mana hai, lekin phir bhi. Unhe kitni baar samjhaya hai maine, par woh sunti hi nahi meri toh."

"Aap kon hai, Mrs. Briganza?" He inquired.

"Main..main toh ek Nurse hoon, unki care karti hoon. Kyuki woh khud nahi karti. Is waqt toh unhe yahan hona bhi nahi chahiye tha. Lekin unhe Hospital mein rehna pasand nhi. Isiliye Doctor ne suggest kiya tha ki ya toh who Hospitalized ho jaye ya phir mujhe apne saath rakhe. Bas tabhi se main unke saath hoon, pichle 2 saalon se."
