After an entire 2 nights of restless sleep filled with Mix's hurt face as well as a stern P Aof telling him to man up and get his shit together, Earth had a plan. A plan that worked before in the past and so he hoped that it will work once more.

He had to apologise to Mix somehow but telling him sorry wasn't going to cut it especially since Mix had been ignoring him even today, refusing to look at him and when they did do lines together, there was none of the chemistry that had happened between them during the mosquito net scene. Instead, Earth felt himself saying his lines with guilt and Mix's tone was cold and unfeeling.

Earth felt that the others knew that something had happened judging by the way that Aye and Nam would sometimes look at each other giving signals with their brows or eyes thinking that Earth couldn't see them.

But he did, and dammit it hurt to see Mix perfectly bouncing off his scenes with Aye and Khao, his lines flowing easily and a smile so bright that Earth named the Tian smile.
It was different from the smile Mix used to give him years ago, but still as bright and shining.

And it was important that Mix forgives him, they were going to practise the singing lines soon and dance practises as well were scheduled for that day.

It wouldn't do good if Mix was still mad at him then, Earth could just imagine perfectly Mix feigning to make a mistake and stepping hard on his foot as payback.


That's why he came up with a fool proof plan today, a plan without any holes and one that will absolutely work due to its sheer engineering and strategy.

"Hey Drake, can you do me a favour, please? Earth asked, he tried his best to look unsuspicious as he called Drake over to a quieter corridor.

Confused but intrigued Drake followed and judging by the mischief in his eyes Earth realised that Drake was about to embarrass him really quickly with a tease especially when his first sentence started with "Is this about Mi.."

Lightning fast, Earth put his palm over Drake's mouth shutting him up as the latter gasped in shock, but at the same time, he still laughed behind Earth's hand even as the latter shushed him and begged him to not make any noise.

Nodding in answer, Earth released his hold slowly and warily, not trusting Drake to not just outright yell Mix's name.

He didn't yell but he still wasn't quiet either as Drake blurted out " eeeee so it is about him" complete with a playful slap on Earth's chest.

Sighing Earth brought a hand to pinch at the bridge of his nose already regretting choosing Drake, damn he should have gone with Aye.

"Do you want to help me, or should I find someone else?" Earth blurted instead and seeing as Drake's eyes widened and his arms flailed to stop Earth from leaving knew he got him on board.

"Don't be hasty" Drake whined, "Don't you know that I'm perfect for fixing up lover's quarrels?" He teased again.

" MIX AND I ARE NOT---" It was Drake this time that shushed Earth's shouted response, putting his palm over Earth's mouth in the same way all while he tsked and berated Earth for being so loud.

Shit Earth really regretted not asking Aye.

Once released Earth sighed, whispering the plan immediately hoping that Drake focused.

The thing is the more he said his plan, the more he could see Drake's eyebrows shooting up in confusion until the latter asked outright "Are you sure this will work? Isn't it a little you know plain?".

In response Earth shook his head, he put a hand on Drake's shoulder bringing him close to whisper "It will work, it has before" he said cryptically.

He gave Drake a determined nod before he left him standing there looking like a gaping fish with a small note in his hand that Earth slipped him as he left, his last remark not helping with the confusion.

Damn those two are weird he whispered to himself before making his way outside the theatre using the directions that Earth had given him to fulfil his plan.

It was nearing noon when the entire cast had gone for a lunch break after saying all the dialogue together. It did well to just read the lines out loud to familiarise themselves with the story and the script before they started the real acting in the coming weeks.
