The warm embers of the fireplace erupted inside.
Clementia was doing the laundry.
The voices of the Vampires disrupted her thoughts. She did her job. She wore the same servant's dress.
She walked slowly.
As she reached the end of the laundry room, she closed the door. Then, as she did so, she focused on the Undead guests dining in the huge room.
Suddenly hungry herself, she saw Lady Dresmina Daemonim stare at her.
"What is it, servant?", she asked.
"Excuse me, M'Lady. But did you, Sirs, and everyone enjoy the meal?", Clementia answered.
"What! Oh-Aye, excellent. What is your name, child?", Lady Dresmona Daemonim enquired, as she sipped her Blood Wine in a black colored goblet in her right, clawed hand.
"Clementia, M'Lady. I serve Lady Margaret Dewhurst. But I do extra duties for Lady Vivica DeMaer", she said.
"Why are you serving her?", Lady Dresmina Daemomim said.
"Because she pays £5 a night for service and laundry M'Lady", Clementia said. She bowed.
"Work for me child, and you'll be paid £10. If that's fine with you. Times are tough...But we need new staff", Lady Dresmonda Daemonim said.
"Aye, M'Lady. If you need me, please let me know what you and M'Lord, and everyone needs...and I'll do the job", Clementina said, and smiled.
