"It was unnecessary to shower the second time just because you used the wrong deodorant" Jimin says without analyzing much into the situation "and you meet Sooyeon everyday at school anyway. I don't see you getting all worked up first thing is the morning" he grabs a handful of cheetos and shoves it into his mouth while simultaneously playing with his Nintendo switch.

Jeongguk stiffens, he's glad jimin's only focus is on his switch and not him because he'd have caught his face running through shades of red.

"Yoongi called me, said you weren't picking up his calls" he tried changing the subject and it turned successful when jimin looks up with full blown eyes and threw his switch to frantically start searching his phone.

Jimin's face is pooled with guilt when he dials a number and brings it close to his ear
"My baby,, sorry sorry sorry..." it goes on until Jeongguk is out the dorm and sighs.

Does it always have to be a big deal if he just wants to look decent on some days.

And its okay, but his heart beat fastening every step he takes is not.

He gets out of his Maserati and begins walking on the pavement leading directly to a wooden door furnished finely with paint. He sighs one last time before ringing the door bell

And it opens widely.

Sooyeon is wearing a tiny pajama dress barely covering her thighs and her hair up into a pong tail. She smiles brightly, "come in" she says while taking off Jeongguk's jacket and hanging it in the corner.

He looks around. But there's no one else

Jeongguk is hoping that the way he is feeling right now was relief,, but he knows it too,, it was disappointment.

But why? He don't know or rather chose not to.

"Your dinner is awaiting at the table, go on. I'll just feed my dog and be right back" Sooyeon says sweetly while grabbing the bowl and walking out.

Jeongguk doesn't pay much mind at his current situation and moves towards the dining table where the smell of kimchi stirred fry, marinated beef and varieties of other dishes originated from. Soyeon always had a knack for cooking, he smiles as he thinks how she always wanted to open a small restaurant and threatened Jeongguk to be her first customer.

He sits in one of the chair looking mindlessly around, he could start his dinner but it seemed a little rude without starting it with Soyeon. And so he waited, passing his time by scrolling through his Instagram feed.

After a few mins, there was soft footsteps drawing nearer and nearer. Jeongguk looked up expecting to finally see Soyeon but he was wrong.

It was Taehyung

When their eyes met, his body instantly froze and his heart beat once again picking up the pace.

Taehyung broke the silent first. Jeongguk thought no, knows that Taehyung possessed the most beautiful voice he had ever heard.

"Oh,, Jeonggukie! Didn't know you came,, are you guys having dinner?" Jeonggukie,, he had always loved that name.

"U-uh, yeah."
What the fck, jeongguk?? Just yeah? Please throw me a bone over here.

Taehyung grimaces at his responds but begins moving forward.

Jeongguk is panicking once again. He's had ton of crushes before but he don't know why he's acting all preppy and so much worse than his past crushes.
He tries to adjust his posture and sits straight,,, rather too straight because Taehyung laughs a little looking at him.

Jeongguk feels his face turning hotter every second, everything is going slower than usual but he's in daze while looking at Taehyung whose smiling so beautifully that makes his heart swell. Oh and did you know Taehyung also has the most gorgeous and heart swooning smile he had ever seen? Words by Jeon Jeongguk again.

"Well,, I'll just grab my dinner and be out of you two's hair in just a min!" Taehyung adds "don't mind me starting the meal" as he grabs the plate and move towards the rice.

But Jeongguk doesn't agree with him, he don't want to

"Hyung, w-why don't you join us?"

This seem to surprise Taehyung because he pauses and look at Jeongguk with wide eyes as if to check it was him who spoke
Why is it shocking? Like Taehyung was absolutely not expected this from him, like Jeongguk has never spoken more than two words with him, well he did not obviously. But Jeongguk don't understand because all he thinks about is Taehyung Taehyung Taehyung.

Taehyung seems to realize that Jeongguk was waiting for his answer. Although his face was stoic and did not give much of reassurance that he really meant the words, he was happy just a bit because
