TW: VIOLENCE, BLOOD, FIGHTING, DEATH, MENTION OF DYING.

As your bloody body was laying on the Plantar's sofa, Anne was still on the roof of the Tower. She looked at the stars, she tried to find an answer in them, but she couldn't.
She wasn't going to sleep anytime soon, not after meeting that thing. What she didn't know was that it was you, that thing was a way her mind pictured you, empty. Your face could be anyones, your voice was nothing and everything, it changed all the time, just like your face. She remembered you as an average, normal kid, as her friend, but now, you were more of a deteriorating corpse. You were cold, your nose and parts of your hands were dusty red, like a sign, a reminder of your actions. Like the blood, like it never came off, instead it stayed on your hands forever.
Anne was tired, but she knew that she will meet that thing again if she goes to sleep.
She knew that Sasha will realize that she's gone, but for now, it was only her in this world, like she was here alone. It was terrifying to think about, all of those adventures will soon turn into a bunch of misty memories. She really liked Amphibia, it felt like a warm home, always so welcome, ready for changes. She loved this, she really did, but not now, now she felt hopeless, she was a one in three humans left in Amphibia, she was so alone, at least that's what she believed in, but not all beliefs turn out to be true.

Sasha looked to her side, the bed was cold. It meant that Anne had to leave a while ago. She rubbed her eyes, she realized that Anne could be possibly anywhere. She quickly got up, she went to her wardrobe and took out her clothes, they were designed for combat. Her only hope was that Anne didn't know about the plan of "taking care" of the rebellion from Wartwood.
Sasha ran through the pitch black corridors. It was extremely cold, her breaths turned into a visible cloud of grey smoke. The girl was still racing through the misty hallways, she checked every single corner, the last place left was the rooftop of the tower. It had a clear view of everything surrounding them, a clear view of a dangerous forest that turned into your doom.
She stopped in front of the stairs, she started to doubt herself, what if Anne left? Sasha took a deep breath, she closed her eyes and opened the door to the top of the tower. There she was, Anne was sitting by herself looking at stars, the girl was lost in her thoughts, she didn't even notice the Lieutenant of the Toads army walking up to her. Anne's body was trembling from the cold, she was spacing out, looking out blankly. Sasha slowly approached her.
"Anne?" Sasha sat down next to her. "Are you alright?"
"Oh yeah dude, just tired." Anne replied, yawning.
"Are you sure?" Asked Sasha.
"Yeah don't worry Sash." Anne said, still looking into the horizon, she put her head on Sasha's shoulder. "I'm just glad we could meet again." Anne said before closing her eyes.
"Yeah, me too."
Sasha still stayed up after Anne drifted off to sleep. She thought about what will happen tomorrow, but if she has to do it to get her friends back, she will.

You woke up a few hours later. You slowly got up, your nose was still bleeding, you felt like you were stepping on glass with every step you made. The blood stained your fancy collar.
You slept for hours, it wasn't a night anymore, bright sunlight tickled your face, you groaned. All your muscles were sore, you barely got up without falling.
