– Soldier Bog reporting off duty. – Said Bog while standing tall, saluting to Captain Grime, his second-in-command Sasha Waybright was currently training out with other Toad soldiers. Grime turned to him, shifting his gaze from the window. His arms resting behind him, he stared at Bog in silence. – Well? – He said, impatiently, waiting for his man to continue.

– The rogue is dead. We collected tax for the month as we're supposed to, turns out a little someone helped our madman in biting the dust. Frogs call them a Hero, they left before us, sir. – Bog said, looking neutrally into Grime's eye. The story caught the Captain's attention.

– The person was described as a rather lanky monster looking creature, something close to our second-in-command, sir. – Grime turned to the window once again, focusing his eyes on Sasha. – You're dismissed. – He said before mentioning for Bog to leave.

After a second talk with Mire to confirm the information he heard, it turns out the mysterious hero hasn't been gone for so long, that means you had to be somewhere close. If, like Grime suspected, you were one of Sasha's friends, and you were able to kill that maniac, you would be a valuable soldier, just like Sasha. Maybe, just maybe, her friends were as sly as her. If not, you would be a leverage, something that would keep her in check. He had to get his hands on you.

One of Grimes' trusted spies got called into his office; he was there not a minute later. – If you're wondering what kind of job you'll do today, don't worry. It'll be tadpole's play, you have to catch a person for me, nothing more nothing less. – The spy nodded slowly, focusing solely on Grime. – You'll take a team with you, once you locate them, you're the one who's going to ambush, the rest of the team will then come in and take the prisoner here. – The leader of Toad's Army said. – Copy that. When are we starting the mission, sir? – The spy asked, ready for the new job assigned. – Now. – Answered Grime – Go!

The spy gathered his team quickly, Toads he knew were silent and precise. As they were leaving, walking on foot towards the gates closing the Toad Tower off to dangerousness of the wild, Lieutenant Sasha stopped them in their tracks. She asked where they were heading, as she tried to tag along, the soldier commanding the mission stopped her, saying that the Captain mandated for her to stay in the Tower. When the cold, steel gates closed behind them, they could feel Sasha's stare burn through them. But, as commanded, she stayed. Following Grime's order.

Hours have passed since the spy and his people left to seek you out, and days since you left the town. By now, your mysterious presence has spread around the surrounding villages, a little beacon of hope standing against the tyranny of Toads Army. Standing, as for now, alone. People put so much faith into your being, and you're not even aware of it.

The Toads groaned in irritation and pain, they couldn't feel their feet anymore. Even the best of Toads out there shared a common trait – they greatly respected their comfort. Everyone has their limits, so after almost two days of walking, they were bound to be tired at some point. The spy sighed in annoyance as one of his deputies called out to him. – Sir, we've been marching for hours on end, our people are tired.

He stopped to look at the deputy. – And? – He asked, eyeing the inferior to him.

– We ask for rest, sir. – The deputy said, daring to say those things to the stern Chief of the operation. His glare terrifying others, he grumbled under his breath. – Fine, you'll take shelter here as I go search for our target, understood?
