Rue's POV:
Sarah was crying. My heart was breaking as she sobbed. I didn't want to see my idol so upset. Dani was clearly upset too because she went to hold Sarah's other hand. "It's okay. Binx is happy now. You made him happy!" She told her. Sarah gave her a sad smile. "Thou art correct." Sarah said to her with a sigh. Sarah let go of my hand to give Dani a hug. It honestly felt wrong letting go of her hand. But seeing Sarah happy made me happy. After a few seconds, she stood back up.

"Thou art kind mortals. All of thee. I've never met such kind and thoughtful humans. Humans usually call us witches crazy, but thou art accepting, sweet, loving and so much more." Sarah thanked us. "Do you mind if we have a look around the house? My mum used to own a museum here but she never let me in." Alison asked. "Go on. Do whatever thou wish." Sarah answered. Max, Alison and Dani went off to look around the cottage. I chose to stay with Sarah.

"Why art thou not going with thy siblings and Alison?" Sarah asked me. "Because I want to be with you. I'll do anything to keep you alive." I told her. "You want to stay alive and I'll do anything to help you." I continued. "Wouldst thou really do anything for me to stay?" She asked with hopeful eyes. "Of course I would! You are my idol. I would be heartbroken if you died after I brought you back!" I explained. Sarah cheered and jumped up and down.

"I do love you Rue. Thou art the sweetest of any living soul." Sarah giggled. I blushed bright red and didn't answer in words, I answered by willingly kissing her for the first time. Sarah was taken by surprise by me kissing her out of my own free will. She happily kissed me back though. "Sarah." I moaned into her lips. She played with my hair as our kisses melted into comforting, sweet ones.

"Thackery was right. You are the best witch that ever lived." I said, snuggling into her chest. We sat down on the bottom step of the staircase. I kept my head in its resting place on her chest. "You're so cute." I giggled. "Thou art cuter." She whispered. I tried not to get too attached. I knew it would be difficult since she's always been my idol, but I couldn't get too attached. I knew she would disappear in the morning and I would be heartbroken. I wasn't letting myself grow too close.

"Hey Rue! I'm gonna take Dani and Alison home now! You coming? Or you wanna stay with your witch girl?" Max shouted to me. "You wanna come to my house? Or stay here?" I asked her. "Can we please stay here. As long as Winnie thinks there art no children here, we can be alone." She told me. "Nah no thanks Max, take the girls home. I'll find you at sunrise." I shouted up to him.

"You sure?"

"I'm sure."

"See you then! Bye Rue, bye Sarah."

Max, Dani and Alison left the cottage. "We're actually alone now." Sarah giggled. "I guess so!" I replied. "Wouldst thou care to do something special with me?" She asked. "What do you mean by 'something special'?" I asked. "I don't know... maybe go on a moonlight walk?" She suggested. That sounded amazing. "I'm in!" I told her. "Fantastic. Follow me." She commanded. I did as I was told and followed her. She lead me upstairs to her bedroom.

She opened a closet and looked around a bit. "Here it is!" She exclaimed and took her head out of the closet. She was holding her broom. "I thought you said we were going for a walk?" I giggled. "I'd rather go for a broomstick ride darling. Come on! Don't be boring!" She giggled. I shook my head with a giggle. "Fine. But you better not let me fall!" I told her. "I wouldn't dream of it."

She grabbed my hand and dragged me down the staircase. I almost fell as I rushed behind her. We got to the bottom of the stairs. Sarah opened the door. "After thee." She said politely. I stepped out of the door into the cold night. "Doest thou not want a coat?" She asked. "Oh I didn't bring one." I giggled. She chanted some words under her breath and a purple satin cloak appeared in her hand. "Here." She giggled and handed me the coat. I took it off her gratefully and put it on. It was really warm. It looked identical to hers except mine was purple.

She closed the door behind her and sat on her broom. "Hop on!" She giggled. She was always happy. I sat down in front of her on the broom. "Relax. I would never let thou fall. Thou art too important!" She told me as she stroked my shoulder from behind. I felt myself blushing.

The broom began to fly. "Art thou alright?" Sarah asked me. "Yeah. This is really fun!" I giggled and let my head lean back on her shoulder. She took her hands off the broom and let it fly on its own. She placed her arms around me from behind. I smiled and adjusted my position on her shoulder.

Sarah's POV:
Me and Rue were on my broom in the cold air. Rue was leaning on my shoulder as I had her in an embrace to keep her warm. Rue shuffled herself back so that her entire body was leaning on me. It was comfortable. Besides, I had just been dead for 300 years. Her body was so comforting. After all, I hadn't had physical contact for 3 centuries and it was killing me already.

I saw that she had closed her eyes, like she was going to sleep. "Don't fall asleep yet!" I told her. She opened her eyes. "I wasn't asleep!" She giggled with a yawn. I took my arms away from her to play with her hair. "Please wake me up if I fall asleep. I want to be the last person you talk to before you evaporate again." She told me with a sad tone. "What does evaporate mean?" I asked out of genuine curiosity. Rue just laughed at me. "I'm gonna miss you..." She cried. "Well Just be happy that I'm here for now." I told her.

She looked hesitant for a second before turning around to face me. She kissed my neck for a few seconds. I shut my eyes and enjoyed it. "I've been waiting for 300 years for someone to do that." I said trying to sound seductive. She kept kissing my neck as we flew on. I loved every second.
