THE WORLD has been waiting for a scandal circulating Mary Grant for a while now, ever since her birth to fame the sweet doe-eyed starlet seems to avoid all drama, until now that is. Last Friday night at a small gig performed in local pub, an insider reports that Grant was caught snorting to what seemed to be cocaine in the bathroom with many others girls. The girls made it on the scene that they didn't know Miss Grant personally and denied any accusations of snorting cocaine, Grant then intervened and started shouting at the small group of male paparazzi's to leave the female bathrooms immediately, saying, "You're all a bunch of sick and twisted perverts, we are just having fun!"
One of the paps took Grant's comment to heart and shot back with, "You can't have fun all the time, Grant, you've got a career to take care of!" Grant, clearly riled up by his retort, grabbed his camera and shunned it to the ground, "Why the fuck can't I have fun all the time?"
Not long after, Grant left the scene with the same girls, their arms linked with one another's are they crawled to the next bar. Since word has gotten around of Grant's drug scandal, she hasn't appeared out in public or on social media, there are speculations of her role as Priscilla Presley on Baz Luhrmann's new Elvis movie being cut, but many say it's unlikely due to the close bond the two have.
For some it is no surprise that Grant has been swirled up by the drug scene tornado due to her reckless partying that's been seen back in Brooklyn and the majority of her lyrics that resonate with the drugs and drinking image, the classic tale of an addicted rockstar seems to fall upon nearly every musician to enter the scene. However, fans are worried for Grant and wonder that although being caught, she won't come to an end with her usage. Its been suspected that as more evidence appears, Grant's drug using days dates back to the start to her lavish lifestyle in Australia. In photographs of first appearance in Sydney, Grant seems electric and overjoyed to be crammed with cameras and screaming fans, kissing and hugging any fan who comes close to her. Many have came to her defence, saying she's always been intimate with fans, though others say some special snow radiates of her energy.
