What is it? Shifting your consciousness to another version of yourself In a different reality. It definitely sounds crazy at first. But for a minute imagine all the different universes out there. There are infinite realities, infinite versions of you and if you can think of a scenario, it exists in a different universe. All you have to do is get there. I first want to say that you do not need a method to shift, you do not need a script. You just need the right affirmations and mindset.
However. I wouldn't be lying if I didn't say that for some people, including myself, methods can be helpful in getting in the right mindset
So in each chapter I will do the research and post every method I can find out there. It's a lot honestly but we will get there.
