- Careful careful, take it easy, one of the scientists said to the other.
- This is dangerous material we're working with here, he continues.
They set a small bottle down on a table.
- Careful guys, this is a highly reactive substance, we don't want any unwanted contact with it, the head scientist says from behind a window in the room next door.
There's another scientist beside the head scientist looking at a computer, he types a code into a program and the experiment they're working on reacts to it. A hatch at the back of the experiment opens, the scientist at the computer types something into the program and the computer makes a sound. Almost like a conformation.
- The hatch is open, he says looking at the head scientist.
- Nice, she responds. The hatch is open! She says to the two scientist inside the other room.
They both respond with a nod.
One of them picks up a pair of tongs and carefully removes the lid on the small bottle. The other one picks the bottle up and slowly makes his way towards the back of the experiment. He looks towards the glass to get confirmation from the head scientist that everything is going as planned, she nods at him and he takes a deep breath.
He pours the liquid inside the bottle into the hatch, there's not much but it's all that it needs. He closes the hatch and backs away, both the scientist holding their breaths.
They've been working on this for so long and the last step has been made, now they just need to wait.
- They did it... the head scientist says. We did it!
- And it's reacting well! The scientist at the computer says.
The two scientist look back at the head scientist and she gives them a thumbs up, they both smile at the gesture.
- All this time, for this moment! One of them says. We just need to wait now!
- Wow this was stressful! The other says.
They both laugh a little, glad that everything went well and nobody exploded or anything along those lines.
They stop when they hear a quiet creak of moving metal. The one closest to the experiment slowly turns their head to see what made the sound. Suddenly he's being lift up by something holding him by the neck. It's the experiment.
Their biomechanical man.

The other scientist stumbles to the ground, so w at the sight that he is frozen in fear .
The head scientist and the computer scientist are shocked as well, not being able to do anything.
After a second of paralysis the computer scientist picks up a radio from the table.
- Close down the facility! Code red! We need guards at room 284! He yells into the radio.
The lights in the rooms start flashing from off to a piercing red, the experiment looks up at the light in the room.
It looks back at the scientist it's holding, it's grip so hard that the scientist can barely breath. It throws the scientist to the wall, the throw so powerful that the wall the scientist hits cracks.
The experiment stops for a second, then covers it's face with it's hands, like it's in pain. It roars an inhuman scream and falls to it's knees.
Guards have started to close in on room 284, their footsteps echoing in the hall.

The experiment starts to change right in front of the scientists eyes, it's face becoming more and more inhuman and it's metallic body enhancing.
It stands up, showing itself in it's full. It's mouth has reached all around it's head, razor sharp teeth shining in the red light. It's eyes are glowing yellow, it's body has more metal parts than originally.
It rushes towards the scientist that's still on the ground in shock.
It grabs him by the shoulder and picks him up, the realization of the situation finally hits him and he screams a blood curdling scream.
The experiment grabs him by the other shoulder and with almost no effort, rips the man in half.
It throws the remains of the man down on the ground and heads for the other scientist in the room.
Without any warning it rips the mans head off, blood splattering everywhere.

The guards finally burst the door to the room where the head scientist is, they rush inside the room, weapons drawn.
The experiment notices the commotion in the other room and looks towards the glass.
Some of the guards are horrified by the bloody sight in front of them, freezing up in fear.
The experiment rushes towards the glass and breaks it with it's fist. The guards start to shoot at the experiment, it doesn't have a single reaction to bullets hitting it.
It climbs trough the window and attacks the guards.
The head scientist is watching this from the corner of the room, blood splattering on her lab coat, the computer scientist is standing beside her, his coat too becoming red from the blood.
All the guards are laying in a pool of blood, their bodies mangled and their weapons scattered all around the room.
The experiment looks at the head and computer scientist.
They all lock eyes, staring at each other for a moment. The head scientist holding her breath, hoping the creature she's created decides to give her mercy. The experiment turns around and rushes trough the door to the hallway, the speakers blaring "code red" and the lights still blinking red.

It runs trough the hallway, it's metallic feet banging on the concrete floor, the sound echoing trough the hallway. It reaches a staircase, it looks up and observes the darkness and runs up the staircase. It bursts trough the door at the top of the staircase, leading into a big room. The room has many windows and there's a giant sign on one of the walls, the lights in the sign are broken. At the end of the room there's a double door that leads to the outside, it runs towards the door, and breaks trough it. The experiment is met by a parking lot, with a few cars parked close to the building, it looks around and sees a forest beside the building, it runs into the woods at a superhuman speeds. It runs for a while until a stinging pain stops it in it's tracks.
It falls down to the ground and yells in pain. It starts to transform into it's former self, shrinking in size. It's mouth and teeth becoming what they were, it's eyes not glowing yellow anymore. It collapses onto the ground and passes out, sirens from the building it escaped from blaring trough the forest.

A few birds look down at the experiment, curious about the being. Some hop down to check it out, some stay in the trees to keep a safe distance. The experiment remains still, making the birds on the ground feel safe to climb onto it, making themselves comfortable.
The sun starts to set, the water in the river making quiet soothing sounds, it lays on a bed of flowers, soon to wake up.
