Y/n ran towards where she had heard the voice and she froze.

LIKE FROOOOOOOOOOOOOZEEEEE-

Garmy's Ice Ray was directed right at her.

She was toast. Frozen Toast.

Bit cliche if you ask me but then again no one asked me-

"Well, well, well. Looky what we got here. A friend, perhaps Water Ninja?"

Garmadon chuckled evilly.

She heard the gray ninja sigh.

"...Y/n?.."

Y/n was confused, befuddled, perplexed, lost, whatever you want use to describe it.

How in the freaking fracking whole wide City of Ninjago did THE WATER NINJA.

A CELEBRITY AND A HERO.

The suddenly, it all clicked. The restroom breaks, the random disappearing, the whispering in the halls with the rest of the group. the only girl...

"Nya?"

After that one word the school broke, walls shattered and crumbled down, dust filled the air and made it hard to breathe through the smoke.

Another bomb.

Garmadon wasn't planning on taking over the city this time.

He wanted to destroy it.

Y/n felt like an idiot- just cause the town was safe for a few weeks doesn't mean we're safe forever. She watched as Garmadon flew off- probably to finish off the other ninja. 

She was still bound to chains.

"Y/n, please get out of here- it's not safe." Nya pleaded, stuck underneath a pile of rocks form the explosion. Her mask was torn horribly and exposed her face. Revealing her identity.

Though..I already knew.

"What about you.. YOU'RE IN DANGER TOO!?"

"I have the team, they can find me"

She said it with so much hope that Y/n wanted to say something back, but Nya kept talking "I remember the news, that Garmadon told me, how the ninja were all found unconscious underneath a huge tentacle monster...But he's lying, they'll find me-I know it"

"Look Nya, as much as I hate to tell you this, I don't think they'll make it in time."

"What?"

"The smoke, it's making it harder to breathe and that cut on your leg?"

Nya looked down just realizing the explosion had left her a huge nasty cut going from her knee to her ankle. 

"Yeah, that cut on your leg is going to get infected soon enough if we don't get out of here," Y/n managed to whisper, the dust making her voice dry and gravelly.

So- she tried. 

She lifted up the rocks, starting from the smallest of pebbles to the heavy stones.

It took a while, but they were all gone- releasing Nya.
