Dream's POV
It's been a week since I was brought to the clinic, I've haven't really seen anyone besides Sapnap, George, Niki, Tina, and Sam
They all thought it'll be best for my health if no one visited me
I've only really been out of the clinic to sit by the river that goes by the clinic, but that's only been for 45 minutes because I'm still working on getting my strength back
I'm slowly getting better, I still hate my self for what I've done, but Sapnap is understanding and is helping me as much as possible
George has come and gone to check in on me, and to just talk, and to tell me all the new things happening in Dream Smp
Tina has done the same but she has brought me somethings to help me get better, like some of my old clothes, and she even brought Spirit my horse for me to see him
Niki comes by everyday with food for me and Sapnap, sometimes even brings sweets over
Sam is the one I've seen the least out of everyone, he rarely comes and sees me, I don't know why he doesn't visits
I was snapped out of my thoughts by someone knocking on my door
"Sapnap I told you that you don't have to knock!" I yelled already knowing that it's Sapnap coming to bring me lunch
"I know, I know it's a habit" Sapnap saying as he opens the door while holding a tray with a sandwich and a glass of water on it
"I brought you your lunch" Sapnap said as I sat up and he put the tray on my lap
"Thank you" I said as I began to eat
"You're welcome, I'll be right back I gotta go get my food" Sapnap said back he left, leaving the door open this time
When he got back he sat down in the chair and we ate in silence, until I got an idea
"Can we go on a horse ride tomorrow? I miss Spirit" I asked as I looked at Sapnap, he had a surprised look on his face, hopefully it's a good surprised look
"Uhhh yeah, I don't see why not. It's good for you to get some fresh air" A smile grow on my face as he said that
"Woo!" I said as I threw my arms in the air in various but I paused when Sapnap put his hand up
"But you have to finish your lunch and dinner, got it?" He said as he put his hand back down, to finish eating his sandwich
"Deal!" I said as I went back to eating, excited for tomorrow, I can't wait to see Spirit again
3rd person POV
And Dream went on to finish his lunch in a matter of minutes, and dinner when it was dinner time
Time skip the next morning
Sapnap's POV
I'm waiting outside the clinic for Niki to arrive with our breakfast before we head out for that horse ride, I promised Dream that we can go on
It was a little chilly out, with it being the beginning of fall. I'll have to remember to tell Dream to wear a hoodie
I was snapped out of my thoughts by Niki walking up to me with a basket in her hands
"Hey Sapnap! How are you this morning?" Niki said as she came to a stop in front of me. As she did I could smell the goodness coming from the basket
"Hey Niki, I'm doing good, you?" I said back very curious to what was in her basket, that smelled so good
“Hey Sapnap, I’m doing good as well. I brought your guys food” She said as we turned back to the clinic
“And it smells great like always, can’t wait to dig in to it” I said as I opened the door for Niki to enter, she mumbles a thanks as she enters
“I’ll go get Dream, he’s most likely up and ready excited for the horse ride today” I said as I closed the door and started walking to Dream’s room while yelling out to him “ Dream! Niki is here with the food! Are you dressed and ready?”
“Yeah I’m ready!” He yelled back as he opened his door with his green hoodie on with some black jeans and combat bots
“Come on then I’m hungry and the food Niki made smells so good” I said while I turned back around and back to the front of the clinic where Niki was waiting
“It’s Niki’s food of course it smells good, better yet it smells great!” He said as we turned the corner to where Niki was waiting with pancakes all on plates with strawberries, whipped cream, and syrup on top and orange juice to go with it
“ Thanks Niki” Dream Said as we set down to dig in to the delicious pancakes that Niki made for us
“Yeah thank you Niki” I thanked too as I started digging in
“No problem, I’m happy to cook for you” Niki paused as she reached into the basket
“I also made sandwiches for you guys for lunch while you’re out on that horse ride” She continued pulling out a brown paper bag, that had the sandwiches in it, and putting it on the table for us
“Oh thank you” Dream thanked while taking another bite of his food
“You’re welcome” Niki said as she closed the basket and picked it up
“I gotta get going, when you’re done eating go ahead and leave the stuff on the table i’ll pick it up while your gone” Niki said as she walked back to the door, waving bye as she left closing the door behind her
“Eat up we have to be done by the time Tina gets here with the horses” I said to Dream as I continued to eat
