Ch.2 Audition Reflection

Home. On how glad I was to be back home. I flopped onto my bed and just stared up at the ceiling. They literally sent me off right after I had finished the song. Why did I even go? Oh yeah because of a certain two people. My two best friends are big fans of this new rookie group called BTS and so when they found out the company was holding auditions, they literally kept "suggesting" that I should go until I finally gave in. Speaking of those two. I flipped onto my stomach and took out my phone. 7 New messages all from Ruby and Lindsey:
Ruby: How did u do?!
Lindsey: What'd they say?
Ruby: Did they like your performance?
Lindsey: They better have
Ruby: GAH Lex why aren't you responding?!
Lindsey: We want to know how your audition went!?
Ruby: ALLLLLEEEEEEEXXXXXUUUUUSSSS
Oh my goodness, these two. I shook my head as I replied:
You: I didn't make it
Not even 2 seconds later, my phone buzzed, it was Ruby. Gah. I flipped onto my back and pressed answer.
"Hello?" I had to pull the phone away from my ear as she began yelling.
"WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?!" I brought the phone back to my ear.
"Calm down, I literally just got back home. I went last."
"Oh of course! The best for last. So how'd it go?"
"I didn't make it."
"WHAT!?"
"Yup, they told me I was too big and dark for their company."
"That's a lie!"
"I know, but you know there's a super super super small chance I''ll make it."
"Yeah! But a small chance is all YOU need!" I couldn't help but smile.
"As, rubies thanks but honestly you should not hold your breath on this."
"Yeah Yeah. So how did the company look? Did you see anyone from BTS? Like Jimin by any chance?"
"Unless BTS is a waiting room or auditorium then no."
"Aww man."
"Yup yup. Ruby can you tell Lindsey everything. I feel too worn out to talk anymore."
"Yes ma'am! Relax I'm positive you were amazing! Talk to you later."
"Bye." I tossed my phone off to the side and continued to stare at the ceiling.
