Abandoned (Brett Talbot)

I sat in the library studying for my maths with my headphones on humming along to supermarket flowers by Ed Sheeran when I got knocked over "Alice" I heard a voice call out

The last thing I saw before I hit the top of the bookshelf was my brother and boyfriend fighting but my brothers eyes were red and Liam's were yellow

I was paralysed from fear from what I just saw

"Liam stop it's Alice" I heard Scott yell "you said you would save her" Liam said with a growl in his voice "you said you would do anything to save her" Liam added

It's always been Hayden a tear slipped from my eye

*1 week later*

I walked up to Liam's locker "we need to talk" I told him "what" Liam angrily asked paying more attention to his phone where I saw Hayden texting him

"I want to break up" I told him "whatever" Liam replied breaking my heart my mouth fell open a bit as my eyes watered

I turned and walked away

I walked around the corner before getting pulled into an empty classroom "what's wrong" I broke down in Scott's arms

"What's wrong" Scott asked again "why can't I be enough" I asked "you are enough" he replied "what actually happened" Scott asked "I just broke up with Liam" I explained "he just said 'whatever' we were dating 2 years and that is what he does" I said with tears rolling down my face

"You are enough" Scott said "when the right person comes along they should treat you like the princess you are" he continued making me chuckle "I'm not a princess" I told him "you are to me, mum and Stiles" Scott explained "Stiles even calls you princess in a platonic way" Scott continued

*3 months later*
I was sitting on my couch cuddling with my new boyfriend

Brett Talbot

I smiled as I looked over at him "what" he said with a slight chuckle "nothing" I replied trying to keep my heartbeat steady

Brett chuckled and picked me up then sat me on his lap

"I can hear your heartbeat remember" Brett said before kissing my neck "so what is it" he asked again "can I not look at my incredibly hot boyfriend"

He chuckled so I kissed him. Brett gently laid me down while we were still making out

I felt his tongue on my bottom lip so I opened my mouth letting him deepen the kiss

"No making out on the couch" I rolled my eyes at Scott who had just walked into the house

"No making out at all" I heard Stiles add as he rushed in to see Brett on me still

I smirk "fine then we will just have to go to my room" "I'm fine with that" Brett added making Stiles glare at him "no" Stiles said angrily

"Do you really want me to use it against you" I asked Stiles with a slight chuckle as his face dropped "don't you dare" Stiles replied cautiously making me chuckle

"So what's your choice Stiles" I asked "having everyone know what you don't want then to know or letting us go" Stiles huffed making me chuckle "fine" Stiles grumbled

"You do one thing wrong then I'm going to break off an extra large branch of mountain ass, wrap it in wolfsbane, roll it in mistletoe and shove it up" "Stiles stop it" I heard Mum from the kitchen

"Thank you mum" I said as Brett and I got up "protection" I rolled my eyes at her reply

Brett put his arms around me as we walked to the stairs earning glares from Stiles

"Stiles" I said "stop being overprotective" I added before hearing a growl

We looked over and saw Liam pissed "what the fuck" Liam growled at Brett and I and the hickeys on my neck

"Liam stop it" I heard Scott say next to me

"You're fucking cheating on me with him" Liam exclaimed with a slight growl "we aren't dating anymore" I replied as Brett wrapped protectively around me

"We never broke up" Liam said with a slight growl "we did" I said "you replied with 'whatever'" I quickly added

"I didn't hear you" Liam said angrily "no shit you were messaging Hayden like always" I replied with similar aggression

I flinch as Liam grabbed onto my arm with his claws out "Liam you're hurting me" I tried to pull my arm away but couldn't

"Liam please" I whimpered in pain as he tightened his grip "Liam" I heard Scott say coming from beside me "let go"

Scott grabbed both our arms "Liam" Scott said with more aggression as he carefully removed Liams claws from my arm

I moved back into Brett's arms while clutching my arm in pain

"You ok" Brett asked I nodded before burying my head into his chest to hide my tears of pain and fear as Brett rubbed my back taking the pain

Brett guided me through to the kitchen where mum was

"What happened" I heard as mum quickly rushed over to Brett and I "Liam lost his temper" Brett said then carefully moved my arm out to show her

"Baby" mum quickly grabbed a bandage and some disinfectant

*10 minutes later*

"All done" mum told me as I was still in Brett's arms "do you want to take her up to bed" I heard mum ask Brett "sure"

I wrapped myself around Brett as he picked me up and carried me to my room

"You ok baby" Brett asked before kissing my forehead "I just feel weak" I muttered in response

"Why baby" Brett asked "everything that you go through and you seem fine but one little thing happens to me and I'm a mess" I replied picking at my nails

"There's a difference" Brett said before looking down at me "I can heal within seconds you can't" I nodded into his chest
