George woke up in the morning, feeling the emptiness of the bed. Karl must've got up early to make breakfast. He stumbled into the kitchen, where Dream and Sapnap were deep in conversation. It abruptly stopped when he arrived. George asked, "Where's Karl?"
Dream and Sapnap had a silent argument, and finally Dream decided to speak up.
"He's gone."

George woke up in his bed, and turned his head. There was a plate of food beside him. He sat up and ate, and it was only then that he realized. Karl had left. What had George done wrong?

George spent the next few days in his room, Dream and Sapnap would bring him food every few hours, and Patches would stroll in anytime, for cuddles. George lay there in the dark, thinking. He suddenly got a rush of energy, and he grabbed his keys and ran outside to his car, and drove.

Sapnap had only just noticed George's car exit the house, and he called him immediately. He groaned as he heard ringing just a few rooms away.
Sapnap and eventually Dream, too, tried to call Karl many times to tell him George was coming, (or that was their best guess anyway) before giving up and heading to sleep.

Karl looked at his watch. 2:30 am. He decided to finally check his phone. He had the few normal messages from friends, Quackity and Foolish, etc. He had about 3 missed calls from George, and he gasped when he saw the 70+ missed calls from Dream and Sapnap. It's too late to answer missed calls, he thought. They would probably be asleep right now. So he went to have his first shower in days.

George finally reached Karl's house in the morning. There was no going back. The only thing he could do was knock.

Karl was humming along to the music when he heard a knock on the door. Who would come to his house at- he looked at his watch- 7 in the morning?
He opened the door, and there stood George, in all his glory.
George instantly fell into his arms, and Karl breathed his scent in with a sigh. The door was quickly closed and forgotten about, and Karl steered George to the couch. He was about to fall asleep, just like the boy beside him, but remembered Dream and Sapnap. He sent them a message.
'George is with me'
And he got this in return.
