Part 2 - Finding Classes

I walked down F corridor, only to see Tate leaning against the stair's railings. He was staring at me, looking like he wanted to talk to me. He was wearing a Muse T-shirt and black skinny jeans, with black Dr. Martins. I walked up to him, wearing a confused look. Was he waiting for me? I stopped in front of him and he gave me a cheesy smile.

"How's your roommate?" He said teasingly. He obviously knew that I was staying with Zoella. How did he know her?

"She isn't really my type of person. She's really lively and quite... Judgy. How do you know her?" I asked engagingly.

"I grew up with Zoella actually. We saw each other every week or so when we were kids." He said , leaning up from the railing.

"Oh right... Your related! Cousins?" I said, realising they slightly looked alike.

"Yeah actually." He said smirking at me. We made our way down the 2 flights of stairs, and he led me into a room where most people were going into.

"This is where you pick what you are going to study this year. You have to pick 2 from each board" he said putting his hands in his pockets. I walked up to the board on the left side of the room, scanning the classes that ran at 11:30-1:00

"Hmmm, gaming. What do you do in that?" I asked, wondering if this was what I would get my degree In. I always played games when I was back in LA, and, not to brag, I was really good at them.

"Gaming huh? Well in that you basically play games, review them, make them. Its pretty cool, but mainly nerds do it." He said walking up behind me. The tone in his voice said that he wasn't really a 'big fan' of the nerd/geek types of people.

"You don't like nerds?" I asked shocked. I wonder if this was who Zoella was talking about earlier.

"Nah, not really. They're just a big bunch of Weirdos, who have no life. You ain't a nerd... Are you?" He asked quite scarily. I turned around and looked at him scared. I'm not going to be hanging around with Tate after this. Should I stand up for myself? No, its not a good start if I get beat up on the first day!

"Nah, I'm just interested... That's all" I lied quietly. He tilted his head to the left and then smiled.

"Good. I would have to kill myself if I actually LIKED a nerd. That would ruin my reputation!" He giggled and started to walk away from me. That's it. I officially hated him. How could I of liked him? He is such a dick! I looked back at the board and scanned the page to find gaming. I signed down my name and looked at the other activities.

10 minutes later, I had picked all of my classes and signed up for them. I walked back to my dorm room and flung myself onto my bed. I was staring at the white ceiling, thinking about Tate. I hope I don't run into him again. My first class starts in 1 hour and 20 minutes, so it wouldn't hurt to have a small nap. I went into my rucksack,got out my iPad and set an alarm for 1 hour. I then slowly drifted off into a nap.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP* I shot up from from my nap and grabbed my iPad. It was now 11:27. I have 3 minutes to get to my class. Crap! I overslept. I quickly got off my bed, put on my oversized, black jumper and tied my black converses. I grabbed my laptop and ran out of my room. I had around 2 minutes now to get from F corridor to C corridor. It was so far away! I sprinted down the corridor, accidently knocking down some people on the way. Oops! I flew down the flights of stairs and ran out of the building. I sprinted across the college grounds to the opposite building. I flung open the doors and ran up the stairs. I ran down C corridor and stopped outside of C-Gaming. I barged through the door, and saw nothing but faces staring at me.
