Chapter 3

Clarke's POV

I sent a search party out yesterday. In hope that they would find some clue of where Bellamy is.

There was the usual five. Miller, Connor, Myles, Atom and Drew. The best of who we have on Earth.

They just dumped us here. Not knowing if we would even survive the first hour alone. How could they do that to their own?

Before I could answer my question Jasper storms in. "Clarke, you better come see this." I quickly follow Jasper out of the drop ship and to the gates.

I see our search party walking in. they shouldn't be back so soon. What if something's wrong? What if they will never find Bellamy?

Wait. They've got something. Or someone.

Bellamy! They have Bellamy.

"Open the gates!" I scream. Someone obeys and the gates are pulled aside quickly. Without hesitating I run straight for him. There's a big cut on his forehead but he looks so peaceful. "Sorry Clarke. We thought he was a grounder." Miller tells me. "Just get him in the drop ship!"

The boys quickly walk through the gates and into the drop ship, placing Bellamy on the bench. They leave, without me even telling them to. They know I work in silence, alone.

I quickly get to work cleaning his wound and stitching it together. All the time I'm hoping and praying that he wakes up. I don't know what I would do if he didn't.

Bellamy's POV

At first everything is a blur. As my eyes start to get used to the light a pounding feeling hits my head. As I put my fingers to it I can trace a perfectly stitched line. Clarke's work. No one can do such perfect work but her.

As I sit up she's asleep in the chair next to me.

I attempt to stand up quietly but fail. I tumble and almost fall. "Whoa Tiger. Sit back down." She tells me like I'm a five year old. "Sorry." I quickly sit back down before I get told off anymore.

"Where on Earth have you been!?" "I don't know. Some place underground. They were weird..." I almost tear up just thinking about it. It was torture. "It's okay, you can tell me." Clarke reassures me. "They never stopped coming in and out taking blood from anywhere they could. I tried to fight them off but there was too many of them. Then one day they just let me go. They opened a revolving door to me so I just ran. Then one of the lads must have knocked me out. And I wake up here. I don't know what they wanted. All I knew was I had to end it. One way or another." A tear forms in my eye. Just don't let Clarke see me cry.

Clarke stands up and starts to move towards me. As if I knew what was about to happen I engross her in a hug. I locked her in my arms, never wanting to let go. "I'm sorry." She says. I break away and hold onto her shoulders looking in her eyes. "You have nothing to be sorry for."

I move my hands from her shoulders to her head and draw her towards me. She replies by moving closer to me. I move lower and press my mouth to hers. I would kiss her forever. I will kiss her forever. I've only just realized fully that I love Clarke. That I need Clarke to survive.

Sorry about the late update guys. I had a busy week. But here it is and I hope you enjoy it!
