making more friends

It was saturday. (y/n) was working on his suit in his backyard shed because he had 10 months before the entrance exam starts. The suit was still 80 percent done and it would take awhile before it would be fully finished. (y/n) was just working in the shed until selen came in but (y/n) didn't pay attention. Selen took a look around and saw the many books (y/n) was reading. Books like virtual technology, holograms, and a book about nanotechnology by Norman Osborn.

Selen: you're bit of a bookworm, are you.

(y/n) jumped a little as he didn't expect selen to be there

(y/n): selen, how the hell did you get in my backyard?

Selen: Your mom let me in because we're friends.

(y/n) just sigh in annoyance

Selen: so, why do you read these books?

(y/n): oh, well i want to make armor made of nanotechnology and another made of solid holograms.

Selen: And what about virtual technology?

(y/n): well there is this armor i want to make called "the godbuster" but that will take a lot of time to make so i thought, what if i make a virtual world where the only limits is my imagination and i'll call it "the great eSCAPE"

Selen: and how are you going to make all of these armor?

(y/n): well I'm not sure yet because I haven't gotten to them yet.

Selen just giggle

Selen: Well the reason I came here is because I wanted to tell you that I want you to meet some of my other friends at the park.

(y/n): right now?

Selen: Well later, the reason I came here to tell you that is because I don't have your number.

(y/n): Well, I guess I can give it to you now.

So (y/n) give selen his phone number

Selen: Alrighty then, see you later.

Then selen just left. (y/n) went back to working on the armor suit. The time he spent with selen and elira has been somewhat good. He somewhat enjoyed their company. Even though he knew them a little bit he felt good having them around. He didn't know why though but maybe because he somewhat kept himself inside his backyard shed for a long time like a redditor who hasn't left his house for a long time. (y/n) was still thinking of a hero name but he couldn't think of one right now so he'll figure on that later.

Time skip

Few hours have passed and (y/n) went back inside his house so he can get ready to meet some of selen and elira's friends. He was hoping they would accept him for being quirkless like Selen and Elira did. (y/n) decided to take his notebook with him so he can show off what he has been working on, to them. He was about to leave until his mom stopped him

Mom: (y/n), Where are you going?

(y/n); i'm going to meet selen and elira.

Mom: on a date?

(y/n): no mom! To meet their friends.

Mom: oh okay, when you get back i have something to show you.

(y/n): okay mom, bye now.

(y/n) then left his house to go meet selen and elira's friends at the park. (y/n) walked by his neighborhood for a bit until he reached the city. Many people weren't there so he didn't have to worry about any road block of any kind or at least he was hoping so. He was just checking the news on his phone.
