Beth was about to go boil some water for a nice bath until she felt something wet drip down her leg, her water just broke. She panics as she shouts for Daryl, who was outside planting some veg. He came running in looking scared as hell, he calmed down when he realised Beth wasn't in danger but started freaking out again when he realised she was in labour.
"Shit, fuck, shit, oh god" Daryl starts muttering as he rushes to Beths side as she starts getting a mild contraction, not severe pain but enough to make her double down.
"Get the towels" Beth said once her contraction was over and she started hobbling over to the bed. Daryl got as many towels as he could find and laid them down for her.
A few hours went by and Daryl could no longer feel is left hand, he doesn't care tho, completely overcome with worry for Beth. He tried doing the breathing techniques he read in one of the books but it appeared to not be working because every time he mentioned it she just yelled at him.
Daryl takes note of the red sky and sun sitting on the hills just as Beth does one final push, Daryl is right there taking their crying baby into his hands, shedding a couple tears. He grabs one of the clean towels they had to the side and wrapped the baby up in it.
"Baby girl" he mutters as he hands Beth the newborn and then kisses her temple. She turns to look up at him and give him a long kiss. She looks down at their baby with the biggest smile Daryl has ever seen, he savours the moment, remembering every little detail.
"I love you Daryl Dixon" Beth said as she looks up at him. Daryl is a bit taken a back by the words, they've never said that to each other before. However, he doesn't hesitate to say it back because that is exactly how he feels about her.
"And I love you Beth Greene" he smiles again kissing her head and looking down at the baby.
"We oughta change that" she says, still looking at the baby girl in her arms. Daryl looks at her, eyebrows furrowed as she looks up at him with a grin. "My name" she finally spoke and Daryl is understanding what she's implying. "I wanna be Beth Dixon" she says as she brings him down for a kiss.
"Then Beth Dixon it is" Daryl says after he pulls away, heart swelling at his two beautiful girls. "What shall we name her?" He finally asks after a few minutes.
"I wanted to name her after my momma, Annette" Beth says as she slowly looks up at Daryl with hopefuls eyes. "Anne for short" she says with a small gleam in her eye.
"Baby Anne, perfect" he says as he kisses the baby's forehead.
A week has gone by since the baby was born and Beth is finding it easier than she expected, Daryl is the one who washes the reusable diapers so she never has to worry about that, and it's not like they need to worry about baby formula because she's breastfeeding, although, it does leave her a little sore from time to time. Beth feels perfect, perfect home and perfect family, she never wants to lose this, in love with what she has.

It's been almost three years since their first baby girl was born, it's now just turning summer, ofc they don't know specific dates so they just picked the perfect day during the middle of spring to celebrate their little girls first birthday. The flowers have all stopped blooming and blossoms are now changing into fruits, the trees are no longer covered in the blossoms and are looking greener than ever and the air is a lush warmth. Beth has always loved the summer, reminding her when she was on the farm with her Daddy, helping him with the crops. They have their own farm now, growing their own fruit and veg, even got their own little apple tree going on. Baby Anne loves playing in the grass and chasing the bunny rabbits. Daryl managed to find some chickens, built them a little hut and fence for them, Beth loves fresh eggs in the morning and so does their little girl, Daryl is amazing at cooking egg on toast.
Not even half a year after Anne first birthday that they found out their family was expanding even more, they had another little girl, called Avery, she was born right in the middle of summer, one of the hottest days. The little one is now a year old and already Beth and Daryl are expecting another. A new little bump at the bottom of Beths stomach. A new baby on the way. And she's not even scared, neither is Daryl. They have everything they could ever want, they're not running low on food, they have a roof over their head and a place to keep warm. Daryl even stole some solar panels from this one place a few miles down, put them on his truck, drove them down to their cabin and managed to fit them. Beth loves having the electricity, being able to turn on lights and the stereo that Daryl pulled out of the car. He just placed it on theses shelves in the cabin with a bunch of disks, she doesn't even care what type of music it is, just loving the fact she can listen to music again.
