Emily POV

I never saw him again after that night. Which I was okay with. I found out his name was Dante and that was about it.

I started a new job as a waiter at apple bees.

It payed okay and it was better than working with a bunch of creeps.

I'm walking my way toward the doctors office because I've been sick lately.

I walked in and they put me in the back in a room. They took some tests and I waited.

The doctor came back in with a small smile.

"Well I have some good news. You don't have the flu. You're pregnant." she said happily and I froze

Oh my god. No

"I'll be back with another appointment so we can do a checkup." she said walking out

A guy nurse came in and smiled at me.

"I just need to know the name of the father." he said

"It was a one night stand." I told him bitterly

"Well I need to know so we can make sure that the baby's Health won't be at risk. We won't tell anyone." He said

"It's Dante Mancini." I said and his head shot up really fast.

"Okay I'll be right back." he said and smiled

Hmm that was weird

The doctor came back in and said I had an appointment in about 1 month with a doctor that specialized In babies.

I walked up the stairs of my shitty apartment and opened the door kicking my shoes off because my feet hurt.

I changed into some shorts and a tank top.

I put my hands on my belly and lifted my shirt up looking in the mirror at my swollen belly.

I smiled a little.

I heard a knock on the door and pulled my shirt down and walked tower the door

I opened the door and I was shocked to see who was standing in front of me.
