With every step I took, I could only hear the sounds of the owls around me, and the sounds of my boots on the dirt and stone road, the moon was above me, and my breathing was short, I needed to find someone who could give me some information, just one piece of information, and I would know that I was on the right track.I was about to have a nervous breakdown when I spotted that blessed rock, where once I had been hiding and watching those people, and passed it and saw a shocking scene: there were bodies all over the area, blood mixed with dirt, and a long thin rope with some thorns that glowed in the moonlight, and further on, an empty camp, except for a white flag with something drawn on it, stuck in the unlit campfire. No body of my father's soldiers had ever crossed that area, and there were traces that for some reason there had been a huge explosion there, so I carefully stepped over that thin line, passing under it, and when I set foot inside the camp, I realized how beautiful it was, in every space where the tents had been placed, there were yellow flowers that I had never seen before that gave off a sweet citrus smell all over the camp, there were also five cloths of different colors: Yellow, Orange, Blue and Red, and suddenly, I felt curious to find out what it meant.

Beside me was the bonfire, still with traces of human footprints from the dance of another day, I smiled as I remembered the happiness and joy of those people, dancing and singing happily for the achievements of those warriors, and suddenly my heart was filled with hope, that for me, were the happiest people on earth. As I approached the still warm fire, I held up the flag and observed its design: It was a red circle with two spears stuck in it, I didn't know what it all meant, but, I knew it was some kind of coat of arms, like in my father's kingdom, which was a crown on top of a lion eating something, it was the dullest coat of arms I had ever seen in my life, I removed that flag and removed the cloth that was tied, I smiled at the details, the embroidery, and put it away in my bag, certain that, I was on the right path. I left the camp, with my head held high, it was funny because there was only that wire at the entrance and not at the exit, and then I realized that it was an ambush.

So, I set off down the road, with a great desire to get to know these curious people better. When the moon reached the top of the sky, right in the center, I decided to stop and continue the journey in the morning, I was tired, and sleepy, I entered the forest for 5 meters, and there I saw a big trunk perfect for a nap, even if it was for 5 minutes, and I sat down in the forest, I leaned against the trunk and closed my eyes, sleep came slowly, eyes closing slowly, and suddenly, I didn't miss the luxuries of the castle at all, I felt like myself, for years I missed living a free life, and at least in less than 5 moons, I would be free as I always wanted. I fell asleep dreaming of a better life, a really free life, and woke up, with an arrow stuck in my toe.

-Here! -What the....

My bag was open, and with the things out, the creature stared at me, his big eyes stared at me with an indecipherable look, purple with thick eyelashes and a thin mouth, the creature, wore an orange pointed hat, and a brown hunting and orange blouse that matched the hat, his color was grayish. He had one hand pointing the spear with the arrow on top, and the other hand, my sketchbook open upside down.

I made a sudden movement to get up, and the creature then made mention of attacking, until I raised my hands as if I had been surrendered and said:

-Hey.... hey.... calm little creature.... I come in peace-and I made the Star Trek sign with my fingers, "Long and prosperous life."

The Creature raised her eyebrow in confusion, logically, she didn't know that sign, and I didn't until I read about it in the palace entertainment book, but as soon as she saw the sign on my fingers, she just played it back and I gave her a smile. I put my hands to my ears, and the creature ran quickly out of my way, into the forest and out of sight, taking my notebook with it, I ran after the creature, still dizzy from the deafening noise I had heard, the creature had thin legs and was certainly used to running through the forest, as for me, a princess trapped inside a castle that only comes out at night in an unknown forest, super fair, totally fair.
