"Master Diluc!!" Adeline call out hurriedly and panicking.
"What is it Adeline?" Diluc asked whilst turning to face her 'Why does she seem as if she saw a ghost?'
"Master Kaeya-" Before she could finish her sentence Diluc interrupted her. " Did he over drink again? How many times have I told you-" "He's been severely injured in stormeterors lair!"
A look of confusion, fear, and panic filled his face. "Where... Where is he?!" He yelled all across the manor, the echo remaining for moments after. Calmly Adeline said "He's been transported to the cathedral, but I must tell you, the injuries are deep, he's lost blood and is still-" before she could even finish Diluc sprinted to the manors door and ran, there's no time to catch his breath all he could do is run.
"Hello Master Diluc, rare to see you-" the front gate knight said, Diluc didn't even acknowledge them , skimming through the citizens ,now tears dripping out his eyes. Finally reaching the stairs, refusing to think of the worst, he pushes last of his strength to run through those cathedral doors, the sight he sees is terrific, bringing out unwanted memories and images.
Blood everywhere, some of the knights gathered there as well. Diluc is now fallen on the cold red floor, weeping a name, Kaeya's name "No ,no no!! Not like this! Not now!" "all of those times..All of those times I said I hate you, you should've died instead, I take those words back Brother!'
