Annabelle followed behind Ryan, moving to be next to him, as he guided her down the hall, she had numerous questions to ask and didn't know where to begin. She considered for a few minutes, trying to think of where to start. When Annabelle sensed eyes on her, she glanced over to see Ryan looking at her. "What?" she asked. Ryan chuckled, "nothing, you just seem like you are thinking." he admitted.
Annabelle offered a little nod, "I just... Have too many questions and I don't know where to start." she spoke, looking down at her feet for a moment, when she looked up, she noticed they were heading near the kitchen and dining hall. She stood at the door to the dining hall and asked. "When you get those tables filled up, what do you guys do? Or do you have the ones who can't sit at a table sit on the floor?" she questioned. Ryan gave a little laugh, she wasn't sure why, but she smiled hearing his laugh. "If the tables fill up. We will just add another table," he explained, leaning against the doorway, his hands in his pockets. Annabelle looked at him before looking at the room and back at the male next to her, "the room doesn't look that big." she said, puzzlement clear in her voice.
He nodded, "it isn't." he agreed before resuming. "But, like what we do with this building, we make it bigger." he stated, though seeing her confused look, he continued, "some of us can build, the Hephaestus kids have helped. But we all work together. We add onto the building, we build it, and even use a bit of assistance with magic from the kids of Hecate," he explained. Annabelle listened closely, nodding now that it was making more sense when she heard what he said. "So, every time you get a new demigod, you add a new room?" she asked, Ryan gave a small shrug. "Occasionally. We usually have four people share a room, girls share a room and boys share a room, though, if we do end up not having room for another demigod, then we will add on another room," he told her. Annabelle nodded some. "Sorry for these questions, even though they seem like obvious answers," she said but Ryan shook his head, "do not apologize, everyone has asked these questions, I know I did when I first got here," he said as they started to walk again, now walking down the hall with the bedrooms. Curious, Annabelle had begun to count the bedrooms silently to her, wanting to see how many rooms there were, but she knew there were more than five bedrooms. Though, she was pulled from her counting when she heard Ryan. "There are a couple of places in a couple of rooms for you, but you will have to ask Rachel about that. She is probably still at the infirmary," he said, "and, speaking of the infirmary, have you got that cut looked at?" he asked.
Annabelle glanced at her arm where the claw had scraped her earlier. "It isn't too bad," she promised but saw they were beginning to head towards the infirmary. But she assumed there was no use in arguing. So, she followed him quietly. Once they reached the door, she watched as Ryan opened it and followed him in, her eyes surveying the room. The walls were painted white and the floor had tiles, the colors being white and black. There were beds aligned across the walls, there was a counter in the middle of the room, it was brown with a dark black counter, she could see there were bandages and medicine spread around the counter along with containers under the counter, which she figured they were there to try and keep everything sorted until they had to use the supplies. Though from the looks of it, there weren't many supplies left in there, she was assuming that the supplies she had noticed near the plants were additional ones in case they ran out of the ones in the infirmary. The room was tidy, except for a couple of trash cans that were overfilled with used bandages and gauze. She could tell that right now, from the battle earlier they were busy and didn't have time to change the cans. Her eyes then scanned the others that were in there, noticing there were at least two adults, including Rachel, and nearly five other demigods moving about, going from bed to bed to try and heal the injured. She glanced around at the bed, seeing most were occupied by the ones who had been wounded and there were only a few beds that were made neatly and not being used.
