HIS POV

I was taken aback when maa roared at me. I have never seen her like this before . I looked at monami who is  looking at me without any emotions , it hurt me .
The stares of unknown men at her body shamelessly boiled my blood.
I bend down to take the dhuppata in my hands and wrapped her in it while she kept looking at me without any expression.

"PRIVACY " I ordered and everyone started leaving the darbaar.
I was standing lost in her eyes , but felt a turn on my shoulder and in the next moment a hand landed on my cheeks .
"Maaa" i muttered still holding the cheeks burning in her tight slap.

Still trying to recollect what just happened i looked at her standing with red shot eyes holding monami's hand.

"How dare u to make her dance in this stage ? Don't u forget that she is a princess " maa shouted at me and i was bewildered.

" Maa i never thought that she will obey me when i asked her to do so " i tried to speak.

"Then what else u expected her to do ? She should have land upon your knees for some mercy right " she continued and i stood numb.

"Karan , as the yuvraj of a kingdom u have done it wrong with a girl . How could u be so low " she added and i lost my cool when she said me wrong.

"What else you expect from me to do then with a traitor " i said looking at monami and our eyes met.

"I can understand your grudge , but this is not the right way . I have taken a decision after this " she said and i got nervous to hear that.

" Monami will no longer be your slave  nor your attendee . Its an order from my side and u will not violate my rules  " she stated and i fisted my hands to control my anger.

I looked at monami smirking at me , this is what she planned . She planned my insult infront of maa how dare she !!!
Its quite unacceptable for me to believe   that she is free from me and my punishments .

"Karan, did u listen to me . You have to answer me " maa repeated for which i nodded and said " As u say maa " .

I felt defeated infront of her and i will not leave u for what u have done today monami i thought looking at her leaving with maa . Maa left her in her room and i used the opportunity to confront her. I entered the chamber before she closing the door .

She stood shocked and scared at a time finding me in her door ,and i pushed it to enter there  .

"How dare u to come here again " she said pointing her fingers on me that irked me to th core. My one stare was enough for her to keep shut while i moved closer to her . She tried to find a balance while taking steps backward and i wanted to see the fear for me in her eyes.

She hit on a table and the shawl fell down that made her hell embarrassed to be exposed infront of me. She tried to hide her cleavage by crossing her hands over the chest , i don't know why i kept moving closer to her.

"I never expected u to be so low to insult me " i said standing inches apart from her and she dared to look at my eyes due to the proximity.

"same here , if u can be so cheap to make me dance on public then u shouldn't expect a lot more from a traitor like me " she said looking at other side .

She is trying to avoid my gaze , that made me irritated . "Look at my eyes and speak " i shouted and she looked at me in reflex.

"Im not your slave anymore and u have no right to order me again if u forget  "  she said that pinched my heart on realising the fact that i have no more right on her..

I looked at her face filled with some confidence and courage to face me that i really need to finish at any cost.

"Your happiness will be short ridden miss princess , u know how still i can do anything with your father and your state " i smirked at her that made her eyes widened .

The next moment i felt myself pinned to the wall . I tried to hold my breath when i felt the sharp edge of the sword in my neck .
I stood caged under her sword to see her next move !!!

"Dont u dare to harm my father nor my people till i take my last breath u jerk " she uttered comming close to my face .

"Impressed " i said looking at her face close to mine , the daring eyes of her warning me not to move an inch from the place. For a moment i went lost in her eyes but "" sshh " i hissed in pain when she pressed it slightly deep into my skin , that was enough for me to react .

HER POV

The pain of losing my kingdom made my blood rushed into the nerves and i found myself pressing the sword deep into his skin.

The next moment he pushed my hands and locked it from behind and pulled me closer to him that made my back hit his chest . I was frozen with the sudden move and tightly closed my eyes when i felt the coldness of the sword in my stomach . I opened my eyes to see him pressing it on my stomach while my hands are locked behind by him.

"Don't try to be smart infront of me " his hot breath fanned on my shoulder from behind that made goosebumps on me.
I dared to turn my head and look at him , and used all my force to get out of his hold  and he took the sword back .

I pushed him with my elbows and moved forward, but something made me tied with him . My breath got hitched in the moment when i felt my blouse getting loose . Holding it on right place , i turned to find him shocked looking at the strings of my blouse locked in his sword .

He looked down suddenly and I felt hell embarrassed infront of him with my bare back facing him  and stood in the place without moving an inch .

I was standing in the place holding my blouse in shoulders. Later i felt the hot breath of him falling on my back again. What is he upto ? I was not able to turn around to stop him , but stood there closing my eyes.

Shiver ran down my spine when his cold hands touched on my bare back . I felt his hands moving to push my hairs apart and my heart start beating fast. 

"Dont touch me " i said faintly without looking back , but he didn't give any heed to me and put my hairs to other side.

I gasped when my bare back got exposed into the air while my lashes were tightly shut . He took the strings on his hands and started making knots while i stood frozen there. I bit my lips when he pulled it from both sides to tighten the knot on my skin . His cold hands brushing over my skin was sending shivers all over my body . Once i felt no movement from his side , i opened my eyes slowly . He leaned to my shoulder from back and whispered "Im sorry " in my ears and i felt my cheeks getting red .

I tried to touch the strings and felt them tightly secured in place , and turned to see him but he left from there by that time.

He said sorry to me ? Is that for what he have done with me till now ? Or for what just happened now ?

I stood there still trying to figure out the real him .

Chitra's pov

Finally she will stay away from karan , now he can't claim his right on her . i should make my next move without waiting before them getting closer again .

"When will we attack next " asked the spy worker send by  Sultan Abdul Rahman .
"Your army will attack the palace and defeat the royals helping us , by the time my father will help your country's trade with the hind " i wrote in a letter and gave the message for sultan .

"Our army general from suryagarh will see sultan soon " i uttered and the man left without anyone's notice.
