Denki's quirk results in him having Lichtenberg marks or scars, which occurs when struck by lightning or electrocuted as electricity runs and dances across the skin (not a scientist idk that much)
It usually goes away after a while, and Denki is used to the faint pink fern-shaped marks in his slightly risen skin(like when you get a scratch and it only swells just barely around the scratch).
But all of a sudden during training he notices just how much his skin burns where the marks usually hide, use uses a cooling lotion (let's just pretend) that he's not had to use in a while since gaining more control of his quirk; which helps to reduce the burning pain, but it does little as he watches his skin become also dry and a purple looking rash spread across his skin through the day. it gets super itchy and not long after the third class of the day, Denki realizes that something is super wrong.
His head hurts, it's hard to see from one of his eyes, and he's dizzy and nauseated. everyone keeps looking at him more and more and he just wants to cry, *This is ridiculous!* he thinks to himself itching at his skin, attempting to avoid the eyes, when he goes to scratch at his face he notices just how purple his skin is, he realizes it might fade eventually but if it was this bad this fast he was gonna stay purple and the scars were scars for real this time.
So he decided it was too much to deal with at the moment and threw his satchel over his shoulder. Exhausted and in the mood for a nap, he goes back to the dorms and tosses his bag on the floor, he grabs a different t-shirt not actually minding the pants of the school uniform. He took his quirk reduction pills early out of concern and placed more cooling lotion across his chest and stomach. walking into the bathroom rubbing the lotion in all the while slipping on his shirt; that it's only when he's fully redressed that he looks in his bathroom Mirror and can only say one thing.
"Uh Oh"
(will have color soon-promise)
