It has been 3 weeks ever since the reveal about the school, the judgement day. And now, another judgement day will befall. That is the exam results to the midterms. If even a single person fails, it could be catastrophic to class D. Although it could not be as severe as 300 class points, there could still be major consequences nonetheless. But for now though, our class will be taking the midterm head on today, doing back to back tests.

The entire class, with one exception, has been earnestly striving towards passing the exams. There are also several others who are even attempting to get full marks, perhaps with the idea of being rewarded like how me and Koenji were for getting full marks in the practice test.

But one thing is for certain. The class is confident. They had the cheats to the exam and worked on it thoroughly during Hirata's study sessions. But there are some students who are notably nervous as of right now, being Ike, Yamauchi and Sudou. The situation is still rather tense for most of class D regardless.

I decided to walk up to the idiot trio to see how they were doing.

"Hey guys, how are you feeling?"

"Oh, just a second, I am trying to cram in these science answers again." Ike said.

"Same here, man. These stupid answers are such a pain in the ass to remember. And why don't we get a formula sheet during exams?" Yamauchi said.

"Dammit!" Sudou slammed his fist onto his desk.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"O-oh, it's nothing. Just that these stupid English sentences aren't sticking in my brain."

Sudou had been working very hard in particular, and even started to practice with me and Albert in for English now, albeit with great difficulty.

"Sudou, it is best for you to not get frustrated during the exam. It will cloud your judgement. Just relax for now while memorizing the answers."

"I see, thanks dude." Sudou said.

He then repeatedly looking left to right repeatedly on the rather crumpled paper containing the answers to the English exam. But instead of continuing that motion, he has started to try and repeat what he just read in his mind while looking away. This is better than what he did before, where he previously only aggressively looked left to right repeatedly over and over again. The only thing that would train is your reading skills, not your ability to actively recall the information. This was one of the study skills that Hirata showed to help with rote memorization during the study sessions, being active recall. Japan is quite known for having a lot of rote memorization during the tests in school, so this skill comes in handy especially well.

Chabashira then walked in.

"Alright class, your test will begin in 5 minutes, so put away your things except for essentials." Chabashira said.

She then looked towards Koenji.

"Unfortunately, Koenji-kun, this includes you as well. You are not an exception to the rule. You wont be able to have your mirror, hair gel, nail file and comb during the class as those items are considered as non-essentials."

"Hmph, fine. I suppose I will focus on the beautification of the exams instead." Koenji unnecessarily added, before putting his unnecessary items away.

Koenji then stopped for a few seconds. A smile built up on his face.

Uh oh. He just had another one of his 'beautiful revelations' again.

 He then faced towards Chabashira-sensei.
