He finished making breakfast. He made simple omelette and toasted bread . He can only cook few dishes. Omelette is one of them. He served breakfast on dining table with orange juice and settled on a chair in front of Yn.
Yn : Thank you Mr. Kim. I'll eat well
She started eating her breakfast while Taehyung was just staring at her. She noticed it and looked at him
Yn : It's delicious. Thank you
He was lost staring at her.
Taehyung : Huh? Oh yeah. My pleasure
Yn : Why aren't you eating?
Taehyung : Of course I'm eating
He started eating breakfast. It suddenly became so awkward. Both of them were thinking of something to start conversation as this silence was so hard to bear. Taehyung broke the silence
Taehyung : So Yn... Why did you decide to study in korea? I mean you could've gone to states.
Yn : Hmmm. Actually I didn't want to study in states. There's no specific reason,why? I liked kpop and Kdramas. So I also got interested in korea. So I wanted to come here. Now I just wanna live here. It feels like it's my home country. Korean education system is also good. So I just applied for scholarship without any second thought. Also it's safe country for girls
Taehyung : Hm
He just hummed in response. Again that awkward silence was back.
Taehyung : What's your dream?
Yn : I just wanna have a stable job but not a difficult one. My dream is just to live a happy life.
Taehyung : Nice dream. My dream is also to live a happy life with my significant other
Yn : Then we have same dream. BTW do you have girlfriend
She blurted out without thinking
"WTF Yn... WHAT THE ACTUAL FCK" She thought and cursed at herself
Taehyung : Umm not yet but maybe soon
She looked at him and smiled. But internally she was troubled.
"What does he mean by soon? And who?"
This question was roaming in her mind.
She kept staring at him unknowingly and he kept staring at her. Both were lost in each others eyes when suddenly Taehyung's fork fell on the floor. They both quickly looked away.
Taehyung : U-Uh you finished your breakfast already
.
Yn : Y-Yeah i-it was delicious.
Taehyung : Ok h-here drink it. It'll cure your hungover
I gave her hungover drink
Taehyung : I'm going to do the dishes.
Yn : No Mr. Kim you made breakfast, I'll do dishes
Taehyung : No no you are guest. I'll do it. You sit their and if you want you watch TV. I'll be quick
Yn : Ok then
