Working for the fatui wasn't something easy, you were alwways busy but also being feared by people wasn't something you were fond of. The fatuis were never really welcomed no matter where they went. You and some of your colleagues were sent to Mondstadt to help investigating a strange monster that had appeared recently who was wreaking havoc in the city. And obviously, the knights of favonius were very wary of you, but you were used to it.
"Alright, we will split into three group," announced Jean, the Acting Grand Master. "Two knights with one fatui, it will be easier."
You knew the Grand Master especially wanted two knights of the favonius with a fatui because she didn't trust you enough, which was kind of justifiable. So you were with two Knights Of Favonius, one you definitely knew, Kaeya Alberich. The other were unknown for you, but he didn't seem as sympathic as kaeya towards you.
"I hope you're not planning make a mess with this whole investigation," chuckled Kaeya next to you.
"We genuinely are here to help, you can trust us." you answered.
"Allow me to be quite wary of you, Fatui."
You didn't answer this time. Obvisouly Fatuis had done many things to Mondstadt in the past when they were supposed to help. But this time, they were here to lend a hand, but the main reason was because they also wer in danger if this monster happened to get agitated. You three continued your investigation when you noticed footprint that looked like a big animal on the ground.
"Ah, so we got a lead. Let's follow the footprints." suggested Kaeya.
As you were walking you couldn't help but notice how the other knights of favonius kept glancing at you with a suspicous stare. You sighed, it was becoming exasperating. Once you walked further, you found a crack in a mountain.
"Stay here, I'm going to inform the other!" said Kaeya.
Unfortunately, you were left with the one that wasn't very fond of your presence here. He kept looking at you like you were a strange new species that had just arrived.
