"It's like we're soulmates but we connected through dance," he said. "That makes us dance mates," I said. He dipped me under the moonlight and passionately kissed me. "I love you," he said. "I love you too, my dance mate," I said.
I woke up and got ready for the day. Today I was packed with schedules which annoyed me, but for our fans, it's worth it. After showering and blow-drying my hair, I chose my outfit and went to film on set.

I got my hair and makeup done, changed into what our stylist had prepared, and got to filming. I wasn't feeling good at all and told the staff but they didn't do anything about it. This stupid fasting is making me very lightheaded and causing me to have low energy. "Yeonmi unnie I feel really lightheaded and feel like I'm gonna faint," I told Yeonmi unnie our eldest member. "Here make sure to drink lots of water. We have 1 more hour until we finish so just be patient until we finish so we can all go out to eat," she told me as she handed me a bottle of water.
Since I had finished early, they told me that I had to film a vlive and dance. I got in the car as my manager took me to hybe. "Can I get something to eat before I do the vlive?" I asked. "No, I thought I specifically told you that you can't eat for today and for the rest of the days for shooting. Once you finish shooting then you can eat something," he said. "And when will that be?" I asked. "3-4 days," he said as I sighed. We finally arrived at hybe and they took me straight to the dance practice room. A bunch of staff was on the side and some were behind the camera. "Hi sparklz how have you been? I came on here to dance for a bit so please look forward to it," I said as the staff started to play the music.
Niki POV
I saw that Kaori was on vlive dancing so I decided to watch it. She seemed a bit off as if something was bugging her. She didn't look so well either. I wonder if the staff is pushing her to her limit. I decided to go and join her dancing. "What a surprise. Hi sunbae," she said greeting me. "Hi, Kaori! Hey everyone. I saw you dancing and decided to come and join you," I said. After a little bit of talking, we went back to dancing and danced to some of her groups' songs, our groups' songs, and some songs from our sunbaenims. I noticed her looking at the staff at one point and they told her to just keep going on. After 30 more minutes of dancing and talking it was finally time to end the live. "Thank you for watching sparklz and engenes! Make sure to eat well and get rest! Byeee," she said as we waved and the live ended. "I don't feel so good," Kaori said then she suddenly fainted.
"Kaori! Wake up!" I said trying to shake her. I carried her bridal style to the medical room. I laid her down on the bed as the nurse did was she had to do. I held onto her hand as I waited for her to regain conciseness. After waiting for 20 minutes she finally opened her eyes and I quickly let go of her hand. "Are you okay? How are you feeling?" I asked. "Why do you care?" she asked. "I'm the one that carried your ass all the way here so it would be absurd if I didn't care," I said. "Thank you," she said. "I wanted to apologize for being mean to you all this time at school. So instead of bullying you, I wanted to build a friendship with you instead and I completely understand if you don't want to since I've been a jerk to you for some time," I said. "It's fine I'm used to it already. And if it means that you'll stop bullying me then sure let's be friends," she said as I secretly smiled.
"WHAT HAPPENED?! ARE YOU OKAY KAORI?!" Sowon noona yelled as all the members barged into the room. "I'm fine now," Kaori said. "Who the hell did this to you?" Soojin noona asked her. "Yeah, we'll beat their ass!" Seyeon noona added. "Okay you guys calm down there is no need for violence, violence doesn't solve everything," Lily noona said. "She has a point," Ivy noona said. "Oh hi, Niki what are you doing here?" Yeonmi noona asked me. "I brought Kaori here right after she fainted and was waiting for her to gain conciseness," I said. "Aww, that's cute! How sweet of you," she said. "She needs to eat immediately. The test I just ran says here that she hasn't eaten for 5 days," the nurse said as she walked into the room.
"Girl are you crazy?! 5 days?!" Sowon noona said. "My manager didn't let me eat what can I say?" Kaori said. "Well, still food is important for your body and brain so you must eat no matter what," Yeonmi noona said. "I'll be telling this to our CEO and have that manager fired," Soojin noona said. "Alright everybody out she needs to eat and rest," the nurse said. I was the last one to leave and before I did Kaori suddenly grabbed my wrist. "Thank you again Niki again, seriously. This is your second time saving my ass," she said. "Anytime dummy, get well soon," I said then left the room.
