Hi Shifters :) This is for people who want to shift to their desired reality!

I recently found a method to shift to your DR in a simpler way.
REMINDER THAT ALL OF THESE METHODS ARE NOT MINE.

The Gratitude Method
(Doesn't need a lot of visualisation)

1. Lay down in a comfortable position. Music/subliminals is optional! (I usually listen to music that reminds me of my DR)

2. Begin to say affirmations starting with "I am greatful for ___" Refer to things based on your CR.

3. Slowly try and transition these things into more general things that can be applied to any reality.

4. Transition those affirmations into ones that are specifically from your DR and say them until you fall asleep.

Julia Method
(Doesn't need much visualisation)

1. Lay into a comfortable position.

2. Start saying "I am ___" referring based on your DR.
(You'll begin to feel some symptoms like numbness or feeling weightless etc..)

3. When you feel symptoms, slowly count from 1 to 100. At the same time, say affirmations like "I can shift!, I am good at shifting! I will shift!" Or say identity affirmations such as your DR name, age, birth, etc...
Example: "1, i can shift, 2, My name is ___, 3, I am 15 years old...."

4. You'll get the feeling, you scripted on your script when you've shifted!

In your arms method
(Visualisation needed.)

1. Lay down at any comfortable position while hugging a pillow, pretending its your comfort character.

2. Repeat "i wanna be into ___'s arms" in your head until you feel absolutely confident about it.

3. Start to think about how they would feel, smell and sound like.

4. Repeat step 2 one more time

5. Count from 1 to 100 while you slowly visualise your DR. Say affirmations after 10 numbers.

The intent method
(Visualisation needed)
- you need to be sleepy in order to do this)

1. Lay down at a comfortable position, visualising your DR and where you want to wake up to.

2. When your about to fall asleep, repeat "I intend to shift to my desired reality"

...And that's it! Be patient with shifting because you'll shift soon. Having more motivation for shifting makes it easier for you to shift. Always stay hydrated and safe! Happy shifting xx
