Escaping from reality

Part 22

Jungkook's POV
But I opened the door and saw she was not there. I looked towards the window but it was fine. I thought she went to the restroom. I walked over there. I pushed it a little, it was locked. I came outside closing the door behind me. I locked it.

I came in my room and lied down on my bed. Soon after I slept. I woke up when my phone rang.

On the phone
Namjoon:- "Jungkook he said he'll teach her from tomorrow."

Jungkook:- "Hmm"

I got up from bed and went to check on her. I opened the door and she was not in the room. I knocked on the bathroom door but there was no response. I sat back and waited a few minutes but she still didn't come out. I stood up and knocked at the door again. No response. I kept knocking at the door but it never opened. I kicked it a few times and it opened. The tap was flowing. And she was on the floor.

Flashback
Y/n's POV
I kept knocking and shouting but he didn't open the door. I sat on the floor when I heard footsteps getting farther. After a few minutes I started to feel like the walls were caving in. I stood up and looked outside the window but it didn't help. I came to the washroom and turned the tap but all of a sudden everything started to get blurred I felt myself falling into darkness.

Jungkook's POV

She collapsed. I picked her up and made her lie down on the bed. And asked hyung to come and examine her. After a few minutes hyung came home with someone.

Jungkook:- "You may stay outside."
I asked the unknown fellow.

Jin:- "Jungkook he's a psychiatrist. He'll have a conversation with her after she wakes up"

Hyung checked her and asked us to wait for some time till she wakes up.

Jin:- "I think the tap's on."

Jungkook:- "I'll do it."

I even forgot to turn the faucet off. After turning the faucet off I came outside and sat near her again. They both were sitting on the couch when she woke up. She sat on the bed and she flinched when she saw me.

Jungkook:- "You're okay?"

Y/n:- "What are you doing here? I-"

Jin:- "Jungkook let Mister So check her."

I got up from my place and sat on the couch. While Mister So stood near the bed.

Mister So:- "Jungkookssi could you please get something for her to eat and drink?"

Jungkook:- "Hyung, in the kitchen on the countertop there's a basket of fruits and juice is kept in the refrigerator."

Jin:- "Jung-

Jungkook:- "I'm not going anywhere."

Hyung went to the kitchen and brought some fruits and a glass of juice for her.

Mister So:- "Have it miss."

Y/n:- "I don't feel like eating at the moment."

Jungkook:- "Y/n"

I glared at her. She shook her head.

Jungkook:- "Eat it."

She looked towards me with cold eyes and started eating.

When she ate it the doctor said.

Mister So:- "I would like you both to wait outside while I talk to her."

Jungkook:- "I'm sitting here. What's the problem?"

Mister So:- "Every person needs privacy to share their issues."

Y/n:- "I'm fine I don't need any check up."

Jungkook:- "You need it. I'm going."

I need to understand. If he does something I'll kill him right away.

We came outside.

Y/n's POV
They left. He started questioning me.

Mister So:- "I'm So je Yong and I'm here to help you to get better and live your life to the fullest again. You can share your dark thoughts, feelings, insecurities everything with me I promise I'll not judge you. And I'll hear you patiently. I hope you will share everything with me."

Y/n:- "I'm fine and I don't want to talk about it. Thank you so much by the way."

Mister So:- "It's alright you can talk about it and you need to get well so you to tell me about yourself. Please."

He said. Can I really trust him?

Mister So:- "What's your name?"

Y/n:- "Y/n"

Mister So:- "How do you feel about yourself? You need to be honest."

Y/n:- "I feel like I'm just so pathetic. I don't deserve to be here. My life it's worth nothing. It's worthless. I wanna leave everything but I don't want to leave the world. I want live but i wanna die too. I doomed."

Mister So:- "Okay now tell me about your relationship with your family."

Y/n:- "I don't have a family."

Mister So:- "Okay so how about relationship with the kids in your orphanage?"

Y/n:- "I never lived in a orphanage. I had a family but they never supported me neither emotionally nor physically or financially. I did everything on my own."

Mister So:- "How your mom used to treat you?"

Y/n:- "I was her therapist but she neglected me both physically and emotionally. When I wanted her-- no when I needed her she was never there. But when something happened with her So called fucked life she told me everything. She used me to console her. Which made me more distant that I never went to her with my feelings. It's not like I never tried but it turned out to be like my gut said. She used physical means to control me. She used to beat me for minor things. I never felt secure near her. She made fun of me infront of her friends. I never got what I needed from a mom. I never got that support."

Mister So:- "Did you have a good relationship with your dad? Do you still meet him?"

Y/n:- "To be honest it was worse. He was a narcissistic. Cause he never supported me. When he needed something he was as sweet as a candy but the other minute he was as bitter as arugula. He used to emotions pressure me. He called me a jinx. He used to beat me, curse me. It-it was t-trau-matizing.
And one day he pushed me o-out o-f his pl-place."

Mister So:- "It's okay. You can cry your heart out."

I cried. I cried a lot and after a long time. It felt like I am a kid again. I felt good.

Mister So:- "You okay?"

Y/n:- "Y-yes."

Mister So:- "How was your school life?"

Y/n:- "I never had any friends. Even today it's void. No one's there except me. In my school life I got bullied a lot they used to bully me by making me do their work, they even made me clean the toilets. And that bully of mine came here finding me he went too far. He tried to get sexual with me he assaulted me."

Mister So:- "Did you tell this to the cops?"

Y/n:- "I killed him he's no more."

Mister So:- "You?"

Y/n:- "Yes, I became that Y/n, no one can ever imagine."

Mister So:- "I'm proud of you."

Mister So:- "So-

But suddenly Jungkook barged in.....................
