🎃👻 Halloween 👻🎃

(Sorry its late)

Its Halloween, which means that huggy can walk around freely and people will think its a costume! You were also wearing a kissy missy costume to match. (because why the hell not?!)

You and huggy had just gotten out of the car and you were now putting a vampire cape on him.

He was smiling widely at you, very happy that he doesnt have to hide today. You were smiling back, making the last tie. You grabbed his hand and held a bag in your other hand and headed off.

You got some glances from kids and adults, but no one screamed or ran away. Instead, they smiled and pointed in fascination. Huggy smiled and waved, feeling like his old self again.

You squeezed his hand and slightly leaned on him. You felt like a normal couple for once.

You made it to your first house. It was a normal lady maybe in her 30's and she had a bowl of candy on her lap.

She looked at huggy and smiled. "That is a very cool costume!"

"Thank you so much! It took forever to make." You giggled and leaned on huggy again.

She reached into her bowl and grabbed some candy to throw into the bag.

"You are also a very cute couple, if im right about you two being together?"

"Yes you are. Thank you so much!"

"You are very welcome! Happy halloween you two!"

"Happy halloween!" You smiled and walked to the next house.

For each house, you either got scared kids, fascinated people, or both. And no one knew or thought he was real. It was amazing.

Huggy was smiling so wide you thought his mouth would fall off! Gosh, how long has it been since he could freely be around kids? You decided to take a break and found a small stone wall to sit on.

You leaned on his shoulder and smiled up at him. "I love you hugs" he trilled back at you and wrapped you in his arms for a hug. Then, he grabbed your favorite candy out of the bag and gave it to you.

"Aww, you're adorable! Thank you!" You ate it and held his arm. You both watched kids in costumes walk by.
