The cats set off on their journey, walking through the camp. They paused, though when Pumpkinvine stopped them. "You will need some traveling herbs. Here, take some." The ginger she handed them the pawful of herbs, and the group started to eat them. "These taste... interesting?" Darksun commented. "Yes," Said Pumpkinvine "They are a mix of various herbs, but some taste better together than others. I'm sorry if they don't meet your requirements. I tried to find some of the best ones that taste good together and are helpful at the same time." "It is fine, Pumpkinvine." Lemonstar said kindly. "I like the taste." "Thank you, Lemonstar" Pumpkinvine said, dipping her head. "Let's go" Lemonstar said once they all finished the herbs, and they set out.
The territory after the left their own was weird, they hopped from island to island, wondering why they had to travel so far. "I can't go on without rest." Darksun finally said, his eyes looking tired and his limbs looking sore. "We've gone so long without rest; I can't bear it. I can collect some moss and ferns for a bed, and some extra ferns for covering. You can go hunt, Stardust, and you can rest, leader." He added to Lemonstar. As he turned away, he thought he saw Darksun make a face at him. "I'll go hunting with Stardust" Lemonstar said, trying not to scowl. "If anything, we should get more food and the thing I least need is rest." So Stardust and Lemonstar walked into the forest. Lemonstar felt a cold breeze on his neck, and everything went black.
