idea 1: just a normal hope's peak academy school trip and everyone is alive and okay and nothing bad happened (as for hajime, he probably would stay talentless or eventually figure out his talent). no tragedy, no despair, no depression.
idea 2: izuru doesn't inject the virus into the new world program and everyone goes along with the silly "heart-throbbing school trip". tragedy before new world program.
idea 3: no virtual reality, no despair, no tragedy. just eccentric hope's peak students chilling in jabberwock island for a while before graduation.
