When the sun had just settled in you received a message from April, asking if you wanted to take part to a sleepover her and the turtles organised for that night. Happily you accepted the request and started preparing all your belongings necessary for the night out. It was only 9:35 pm when you left your flat to go to the turtle's lair. Honestly, it was really far but you decided to take your time and to enjoy the walk. Although your moment of peace was interrupted by a figure landing in an alley, but that didn't scared you at all since you knew too well who that was. "To what do I owe this sudden visit, Sir Leo?" "Unfortunately for me, a certain damsel was taking too long to arrive, so I decided to pick her up" at that answer you giggled slightly and certainly didn't notice Leo lovingly smiling at you.
You two first met due to Leo saving you from a group of stealers obviously trying to steal from you. Thankfully Leonardo heard you calling out for help and he immediately rescued you. After that, you two continued to meet and often hang out in secret, without his brothers knowing. Now it were three years since you two met and now you both considered yourselves the best of friends. But there was a little problem. You developed a crush for that jokester of a turtle.
At first you thought it was only an affective bond, like between a brother and a sister, but then again things started changing. Your heart couldn't stop beating non-stop around him, your hands became sweaty and your throat went dry, making difficult for you to talk sometimes. But neither in Leo's part things were different. He loved how you laughed at his jokes and how you responded to his one-liners. He loved your laugh in general and you deep eyes, that holds an indescribable number of emotions. Thanks to you he finally accepted his appearance and was really grateful with the fact that even you accepted his appearance without freaking out. He really fell hard but he was okay with this. He often found himself looking at his ceiling thinking about you and all the things that the two of you could do together: holding hands, kissing your cheek, your forehead, your lips...cuddling with you and taking you out on cute dates.
Once you arrived at the lair you were greeted by Mikey and a tight hug. "YOU MADE IT!" "Of course, I would have never missed an opportunity like this." You said hugging him back. He was really an angel. Immediately he broke the hug and then started to drag you to the projector room, where the other where waiting. "Girl, I'm glad you're here. I thought you were dead or something" exclaimed April while you seated next to her. Leo was right in front of you.
